      Our internet has been down for a week, at least. When you call DURING business hours, it says their office is closed. I even tried their sales and billing departments, just to try and reach someone. Same message that office is closed. I have called on multiple days. I went as far as messaging them on Instagram and ********* with no response. Its a big deal because I can no longer work from home. I have an unlimited hot spot on my phone but its so slow, due to the complexity of the programs Im using for work. A family member whose profession is in I.T., tried troubleshooting and cant figure it out. We switched the breaker and restarted power to the whole house, to no avail. The roof antenna has the blue light. We bought a $100 new router, and that did not work either. We are rural and very limited to internet providers, unfortunately. We dont know where to go from here.

      Speedconnect has two major problems... speed and connection. They would frequently have outages that would start on Friday evenings and nobody was in the office until Monday. Last week it went out on Thursday afternoon and it was just fixed today (Wednesday) 6 full days is too long without coverage. Not that it matters, we set up with a different carrier yesterday morning. When we called to cancel, we were informed that they wouldn't come until the end of next month to pick up their equipment. So we have to pay for a full month of service for internet service that we don't have set up. Steer clear of speed connect.

      Speed connect is horrible! Dropped service in our area and cashed our check anyway. No communication from them at all.
