      I was being charged $52.90 until recently, ***** was $184.90. I e mailed SpeedConnect with my decision to disconnect and change to Spectrum. This was on April 27. Now I am being charged for 2 months plus late fees. SpeedConnect claims my service was still active. How can I have 2 services at the same time? I was unaware I could not cancel via e mail. I don't think I owe anything at this time and find this totally unfair.

      In June of 2022 our service went out due to a satellite issue in *********. After weeks of no service I was informed on 7/7/22 that they would not be able to fix the tower and I would need to find a new provider. I had mailed in a large chunk of money to pay ahead on my bill. For over 6 months now I have been trying to get a refund and recently found out that they completely closed the location in ***********, ** without notifying any of their customers. Every time I call I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I have to call multiple times and go through the tech department. I have sent emails that are unanswered and left multiple voicemails that are never returned. I am waiting for a refund of over $400. The runaround is getting out of hand.

      I had internet service through Speed Connect for two years. In early September there was a network outage and we no longer had internet services. Speed Connect assured they were working to fix the issue so I paid my bill of $53.90 on Sept 10, 2022. I kept calling for updates and again was assured the problem would be fixed. I again paid $53.90 on Oct 4. A few weeks later Speed Connect admitted finally that they were no longer servicing our area at all and I must find a new internet provider. I have called them several times requesting a refund for the two months I paid for when I did not have service. They tell me that it has to ran by a supervisor and my refund will take 3-5 business days. I've been told that twice now and I feel like they're lying to me as they have done for several months now. I just want my refund back for the months I paid for that they did not provide me service. At this point I am owed $120 and some change. It was not a donation to their cause and I would like it returned.
