    On 04/20/2024 @ appox. 2pm I contacted your business to schedule a ride to work in which a women was very nice and said will will get you there on time and early. We'll then 2 phone calls later she stated drives GPS wasn't able to find me and she was getting turned around and started screaming at me it was my fault I was paying now I'm late for work I had to walk which I'm disabled to end of road to guide her in since driver left then she proceeded to ask for money 120 and while on her 3 phones swerving all over the road asking if I knew where to buy pain meds at which I was cry but trying to hold back my fear . Then finally she had put on her rap music she made herself singing finally ivmade it to work with a dead cellphone unable to call for help what a nightmare 200 lost and mentally just wore out...please something this can't happen no more and I'm so scared she will come to my home I'm wanting my money back and I'll take the rest to police.

    I requested a ride and they required a deposit so I cashapp them a 22 dollar deposit. I waited an hour and I called back and was told the driver was en route. 40 minutes later still no ride. I decided to cancel and tried to request my deposit back from cashapp and they had already blocked me. Now I can't get intouch with them.

    12/27/2023 I was asked to prepay for my cab ride for the next day. I was asked to send *************************************************** the next day. the cab showed up in the morning. I had to walk to her because she lost signal in my park. She started by complaining about a previous passenger arguing about taxi rates. She was driving very fast and had the heat on very high. She asked me what I think I should pay her. The lady who set my ride up initially said it was a roughly 25$ one way and she needed 50 deposit to secure my morning ride. I explained that i expected a 5 leeway eachway. She was complaining about my response and it wasn't good enough. We almost got into two accidents Due to her reckless driving. she then proceeded to blast her music the rest of my ride. My driver said she'd try to stay near for my appointment. I was never picked up nor did. I receive a call that they were not gonna come. I requested a refund for my ride home which was never provided so i could get apnother cab home. I was told the manager would be in about 2 PM I never got to call back that day. I called at least 10 times during the day, none were answered. I did receive a call from the manager. The next day. who was very rude and dis respectful. did not listen to my complaint. and said. Because I left her a bad review. I wouldn't be getting any refund. Period she also texted me called very threatening tone to her messages. She wouldn't even hear my complaint. Let alone entertain the fact of refunding the money that I prepaid for a round trip taxi ride.On 12/22/2023 I was threatened by someone in the company via text. I was told they had my address and they would be here in an hour to, "teach me a ******* I made a police report. They took pictures of the text and said they would contact the company. My request on cash app for a refund was denied.
