    Very unprofessional, I never get a response from the real owner of this company, overcharging fees on a storage unit by charging you money for stuff you don't even know about, they threatened to put your property on lean when you're only a month behind, never told me that they had new owners and that the contracts changed, I have been hung up on and ignored several times, I filed completes with the Michigan State attorney general's office with them they did not respond back to them either, I'm going to file a complaint with the better Business bureau too because I don't know what else to do I feel like they're in breach of contract, and they are charging me excessive fees that don't even know about because I never got the new contract when they changed owners so I don't know what they've been charging me and if it's true or if they're just embezzling money from me I don't know, be careful with this company do not put your stuff in there because probably won't get out because I'll probably try to take it from you and put it on a lien and sell all your stuff be careful there's a lot lot more that I can't even explain I'm just in shock with this company they need to be investigated for several things.
