******* management has failed to provide Financials as they are in control of condo money. They are getting kick back for all work completed. We have requested invoices with item used to do repair and they refuse to send. Owner have went as far as contacting contractor and they were told do not send any information to home owner. They refuse to provide canceled check, financial. We are only asking them to prove owner wrong and they can't/ won't. *************** member also don't respond to any request for information. Owner are afraid to get involved because board and Cummings Management will not respond to any repairs that are needed if owner voice there opinion. They have proven that.*************** member also are allow to invest owner association due into stock market without any input from homeowners. That did invest money into market and list it all.this was all done without and input from the 197 home owner. This is total unacceptable. Now they added a assessment to all owner and did not request a vote from home owner. We now have owner that can't afford to paid these large assessment amount and lien were placed on there condos. This is a shame condo boards are allow to take owner home from them. Owner live on a fixed income and can't afford these assessments and then can lose there home.We request a engineering company to come out and review roof conditions and longevity of the shingle and report came back as roof still have 5 to 7 years of life. It was also determined that roof have hail damage and may be a cause of the roof that a leaking. Owner request to have the engineer company be hired to pursue a claim using engineering company report and Brookside refuses to allow engineering company to move forward. This is 7 board member being allowed to control the other 197 owner money. If the engineering company is allowed to move forward it could save owner 100s of thousands of dollars in additional assessment.
