    I contacted *********** to make a payment. The system will not allow you to obtain a receipt, you can only call to get balance updates. This is very frustrating. The site should have a function that will let you view payment progress.

    I was contacted by letter that my client (which I am ***** of ********* owes money. no explanation no nothing of the charges listed. Reference #******** now i want them to leave my client alone. She is 80 and living a nursing home for a year and half now.MEDSTAR *** #********

    I called and spoke to *************************** back in early June, and explained the situation, he said give him a few weeks and he would get back with me, and today I get a rude rep from this company. not listening to my situation, I told her I didn't owe the money and all this robot continued to say is how do you want to pay. I will note your dispute, but it won't go away. My bad for not noting her name, but she knows, when called me said my name wrong, interrupts as I talk, can't be many like that, just because you sound pleasant don't mean you are not rude. As soon as I started to ask for the original file with my name and the exact charges she says, "I am ending this call now". Horrible.

    This consumer disputed the account claiming that the doctor didn't see her on the day listed on the bill. She said she wasn't going to pay the bill so we are required by the ***** to cease communication with the consumer. The day after we spoke to this consumer our client told ** to close the account. We have closed the account and never listed it on the consumer's credit.
