    We recently hired ************** System to clean our office space, and it was a literal nightmare! From the beginning, their lack of professionalism was evident. The cleaners arrived over an hour late without any prior notice, leaving us waiting around unnecessarily; and when they did finally show up, they smelled strongly of marijuana.Once they finally began cleaning, it was evident that they lacked attention to detail. The floors were still grimy, the surfaces were left streaky and half-cleaned, and the toilets in the restrooms were left a mess. It seemed as though they rushed through the job without putting in any real effort because they simply did not care.Furthermore, the attitude of the cleaning staff was appalling. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive when approached about the poor quality of work, showing no willingness to rectify the situation and even insulted my business partner when she called to request a complimentary cleaning due to our dissatisfaction with the initial job.To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant considering the subpar service we received. It felt like a complete rip-off for the level of cleanliness achieved, or rather, not achieved.Overall, I would strongly advise against using ************** Systems. Beware of this SCAM! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable and competent cleaning company.
