    ************ is the worse! Lies lies and fraud ************ is the worse. They lie and lie and never send your order. I placed my order a month ago. 10 days ago, they stated it was shipped. It wasnt. 3 days ago they sent me a fake tracking that shows item is not shipped. They lie to your face, they lie in emails they are pathological liars and a fraudulent vendor. Stay away!

    This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH; I Would have given them ZERO STARS, but didn't know if it would post if I didn't check any star . Not only did my order of 3 boxes of crackers not arrive for 2 weeks ( ridiculously long) but they arrived open and spilled all throughout the box that they DID NOT package them properly; No stuffing , no padding, no paper, no bubble wrap - just 3 boxes of crackers that were sealed in the plastic tin from the manufacturer, but because they smashed the 3 boxes into a shipping box that was too small for the containers & it made the plastic tin burst open on the sides of the packaging and cracker pieces were spilled all over the inside of the box. BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PADDING TO PREVENT The crackers from moving around in transit ! THEIR FAULT ! ! 100% UNACCEPTABLE! I immediately emailed them , twice.and also left 2 Voicemails. They replied via email asking for pics for proof- I provided them , several pictures. They replied that there was no damage to the shipping box therefor they will do nothing & told me to file a claim with USPS. I WAS FURIOUS & REITERATED that it was not a shipping problem it was a their packaging issue . That because they did not package the items properly they all broke open and are damaged and not sterile or fresh & certainly not able to be eaten. Upon several emails going back & forth; I told them either refund my money or I am reporting them to the BBB & my Credit card company. Their reply was " we won't be answering to any threats" This Is AN AWFUL Company to do business with . I STRONGLY encourage anyone to shop elsewhere. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ! Do not trust them , & Do not buy from them , unless you want broken goods & a total headache because they will do nothing too help you and they could care less about "doing the right thing" & resolving THEIR PROBELM ! ! CONSUMERS BEWARE ! ! ! ! !

    Placed an order August 3, 2024 for one bottle of a supplement cost $22.99. Free standard shipping. August 9 I placed an inquiry as to tracking. Email was never acknowledged. it is Now August ******* and no reply. I tried calling and goes to voice mail. I'm contacting my bank to report fraud. This company appears to be a fraud.

    I ordered 4 - 4oz bottles of ALBA *** 45 sunscreen. I was sent 4 - 3oz bottles of *** 50. Paid for 16 oz and got 12. When I emailed customer service inquiring and asking for another bottle to get me close to what I ordered they hid behind the statement that "Actual product received may appear different than product pictured or described on this website due to manufacturer packaging and formula changes." I was told that the manufacturer of my item had changed it over a year ago. If this was so, why hasn't Supplement Geeks updated their website? All I wanted was for them to make it right, but no luck there. Will not buy from them again.

    i tried there product and it gave me headaches, so i looked and there return policy stated i could return but will have a 20% restocking fee. i sent it back it took forever to get a response and now they say they don't take returns and i sent back a open bottle and a new bottle , all i want is money back from the unopened bottle, they can see i never opened it.. they are fighting me over *****, how wrong is that... i know there return policy and what it said...thankyou for all your time, ***********************

    I wish I had read the reviews before buying from "Supplement Geeks" I ordered a product in early August and an automated system said it was shipped a day or two later. When my order arrived it was the wrong product.I emailed several times with no answer. I phoned and heard the automated response say due to the large number of calls you will need to call back. Click. It was then that I contacted my CC company to dispute the transaction due to not receiving the correct ordered item Due to their failure I ordered from another company and received two days later. Once I did receive the product I did cancel my dispute, and the CC company completed the transaction. What I didn't understand is I received an email threatening for non payment of an order placed in April.I returned the incorrect order to them only to receive more emails demanding money ************ lacks professionalism and integrity tPlease read others reviews then go to Amazon and confidently place that order.

    Placed my order on 8/14/23 and it was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days, 9/12/23. Have not received as of today. Cant get a response from Supplement Geeks by phone, message or email. Non existent customer service. Will not use again.

    A ***** label was requested by the so called company but they never sent my product I ordered and it was submitted to my credit. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General in ******** along with filing fraud on my credit card
