    On 7/12 ************ was hired to move my things to my residence. the move took approx 7 hrs . After the movers left I looked in the boxes and noticed that I was missing a box containing important products such as countless boxes of new perfume: Versace bright ******** bright ******* absolute, Versace yellow diamonds, my grandmothers bible, 2 Amazon echo dot speakers and a lot of journal books. When I noticed this i called the young man that helped with the move. I left a msg for him to call back, Then I called the manager at 8 am on today 7/13 regarding this situation, the manager said he would check the truck. Several hours later at 2:30 I texted back to ask if he saw my things and he proclaimed that there were only legs to my couch on the truck which I need them as well. He went to say how some ppl can have sticky fingers in the business and just went on and on as if Im supposed to just forget about my stuff. He said one of the boys was his son. So I said well what about cameras and he said the owner is in ******* and he may not want to go look at the cameras. Then went on to say they arent responsible for the items once I caught him in a lie about what he told me the young man said. The items that are missing is not listed under items he stated he is not responsible for, also I was not able to look at the truck once it was cleared out. I would like for them to simply replace my items or give me back the items that were taking from me. I dont not want money, I want the items. I tried to reach an agreement without adding BBB OR the police. The manager was ok with me filing a police report on the guy who he said was his son. I told him I would have to file a report on everyone that touched the truck which was him and the 2 guys and ******* stated oh I see how this goes & ended the call. Very unprofessional and this lets me know that he knows what happens to my things. I had car ********************* in this box, I just want the box back, No questions asked
