    My home borders a property managed by this group. They are frequently engaging in long term construction projects that are highly disruptive to the homeowners around them. Most recently, there is a significant project including multiple bulldozers spewing dust into my backyard. This has been occurring since July of this year, and starts every day of the week well before 8 am. While they are permitted by ordinance to have certain noise from construction, the extended nature of these projects with no communication of impact to other property owners renders our backyard unusable, unsafe for animals and people, and disruptive to young children and working parents in the mornings and after school. I attempted multiple times to contact this office. The first ****** I spoke to on 9/22 said I would be called to understand the timeline and extent of this latest project. No call ever came. I called again on 10/2 and was told I would receive a call back when the office opened. No call happened. When emailing with the office, **** ***** refused to acknowledge the property or the construction unless i gave her my full name and home address. I sent her a map of their property and there is no reason to demand my ******al information other than to use it to harass and intimidate our family for reporting the issue. I am concerned giving this group my home address would result in targeted disruption further exacerbating the issues im trying to understand. This is now a health issue with the dust in our yard as we have disabled people living here and multiple young children with breathing conditions. I expect a full explanation of the project, ***** insistence for my ******al information, and an apology for the amount of time and headache this is causing our family and the rest of the *********** neighborhood. We are homeowners with every right to enjoy our property and will take every civil opportunity available if this fails to be addressed properly immediately.

    I bought a condo Jan. 23 2023. Got the payment book for Assocation fees first payment end of Feb. 8 or 9 months go by with no letters emails or texts they say i am behind for no payment for Jan and Feb. I ask why I would owe for *** since i did not own the place until the 23rd. For months and months i ask the question and I get no reply back or I get the response of we dont understand your question. It's not hard to understand. Still ask the question with no answer back. Then one response back I get is we are turning you over to our lawyers for collection. But still get a person asking me what's going on and next morning answer back from someone else was we turned you over to our lawyers you have to deal with them.So not as if I have not been trying just not getting help from the company.I get the letter from the lawyers telling me I have 10 days to pay or they are putting a lien on my condo and they are going encourage their client to commence a foreclosure action. My condo is paid in full and the total they are looking for is $1,137.50 with $262.50 being legal fees. It says the association by **** says I will have to pay them. In all the time I have been here no one from the association has sent me any info on it or even introduced themselves to me.Now the bank that takes my association fees out of my account informs me that my July payment did not go through because the management group has put a freeze on my account. Don't see how that is going to help when its just going to say I did not make a payment. Money is there they don't want to collect it. This has been going on and on with no answer just being ignored or being told they dont understand my question of why I owe for *** when that would have been paid for by the owner before me. And I wonder why so much time went by with no notice to me about being behind as they say.

    February 23,2023 multiple calls and sending request for emergency sewer pump failure.No call back.March 6got letter about job request scheduled.Letter was sent on March 1.only one sewer pump in whole building.My understanding it is managements responsibility to keep pump running to prevent flooding i the building .Unit with pump *********************************************************
