      Does not pay contractors. Multiple attempts and escalations before they even acknowledge an invoice. We did work for this company for years. *** ******, ****** ****** is the owner.

      My boyfriend and I were told our move in date was to be 10/27/23 and to pay our $2195 security deposit by this date which we did the night before. when we came to the office to get our keys we were told the unit that was to be ours was not ready and we would be moving to a different unit instead and later that day. When we went into the building where the new unit was it had a foul odor and then upon entering the actual apartment the only thing that had been cleaned was the carpet the rest of the unit was not clean. We complained about this and were told our options would be we could wait until Monday 10/30 or Tuesday 10/31 and the new unit or the one we were originally promised would be ready and we could move in on this date and our rent would be comped for the days we werent there. We declined because we had already prepared for moving that day so we asked was there another unit and the office manager told us we could take the unit they used as a show apartment but didnt offer to clean it at all. We had to clean the apartment to make it livable and once in the refrigerator stoped working after 1 day, the main bathroom sink had a leak in it, the stove couldnt be used until maintenance brought us the cord for it which as of now 12:42 pm eastern time it still hasnt been brought, both windows in the bedrooms dont have screens, and the heat turns on and we dont know how to turn it off we had to by fans so that we wouldnt be too hot in the apartment and our attempts to get maintenance to come back or reach the office have been futile and we havent gotten a response I feel as tho after paying all the money we just paid we shouldnt have had to go through this and would like some type of compensation or some of our money back for the experience
