Wrongful foreclosure . FNBA is deliberately forcing me into foreclosure as retribution for demanding a appraisal fee refunded during a botched refinance application. FBNA has a toxic corporate culture where the customer is a criminal rather than a profitable asset. They have a bunker mentality and implement policies that are nothing but sadistic nonsense. At present, I have to get permission to render payment to remove the deficit on my account..They use predatory collection practices, withhold payments and openly flaunt their corruption. The employees are angry idiots who have no business dealing with finance. FBNA uses information provided by the customer against them. They withhold information, cutoff account access, and other unethical and illegal practices. They use fake email profiles don't respond to quires and have a " F**k you" attitude about everything. At present, my life is about to be destroyed over ******** deficit. Mysteriously, I haven't paid down any principal in over four years. FBNA holds first position on a property worth 3 times the loan amount. The lot alone is worth double the loan amount. I am still on the front end of the loan, which is the most profitable. My account deficit could have been easily rectified in six months. I repeatedly requested a proposal to address this. The account resolution specialist only sent a quit claim deed. Contrary to what they say, I have been in contact with them. FBNA is going to throw away a profit source, , in the ******* area, so they can engage in a ***** vendetta. I will lose 180k and a bunch of hard work, for nothing. I even got an email where the employee told me she deliberately circumvented the legal notification process. Another sent an email at 5:00, demanding money that they knew I didn't have. I would have to pay through the employee, who left the office. Last week, an employee contacted me pretending to be an attorney in another state. That was reported to the ****
