    I purchased a 2015 ******** **** CLA 250 4matic from Southfield Quality Cars in July 2023. I test drove the vehicle and it drove fine. I took it home that day. That same evening, all of the lights on the dashboard came on and the car started jerking badly and the taillights stopped working. I took it to a shop the lot recommended and the guy fixed the taillights and ordered a chip for the car repair which the lot agreed to pay for. About 4-5 weeks wait, I finally got my car into the shop. When I took it in, the repair shop found even more issues so I waited 3 weeks to get my car back. When I got it back, every light on the dashboard came on again and the car still jerked. Today, I got stranded. The car won't shift at all and all of these lights are on. I am 22 with excellent credit but I thought I was getting a good deal by going here. It has been nothing but a nightmare. I've lost my new job because of the fact that I had no transportation. I got another one making less money but I have to Uber which is costing me $40+ each day. Not to mention, I was overcharged for this vehicle being that is was well over bluebook on top of being a piece of garbage. Now that I've read other reviews, I regret purchasing a vehicle from here and I feel like this place needs to be shut down. After you buy a vehicle from them and call with complaints, they laugh and hang up in your face. I don't find anything funny when it comes to my livelihood and how I'm going to pay my bills on a daily basis. I've only had the car 3 months and 3 days, it was dangerous to drive for a month and a half, shopped 3 weeks, and now dangerous to drive again as it stopped in traffic without a warning then would not shift. How are they still in business with all of these complaints? This is ridiculous. Now I have to roll about ****** dollars or better over onto another car creating more debt for myself because of a lemon they purposely sold me. They know these cars are garbage. Something needs to be done!

    3 people I know have biught cars from Southfield Quality Cars including my mother. Stay clear away from this place. They sell cars that should have been junked. The vehicle will drive perfectly then days later break down. Quality where? On top of that, they're no help after you drive off. They basically tell you you're on your own and are extremely rude. If you don't pay for the extended warranty they obviously get a cut on, good luck. The repairs will cost you more than what the car is worth! Shame on you Southfield Quality Cars.
