            Date of Transaction: 02/17/2023 Place of Business: Car Depot Address: ***************************************:******* M Transaction amount: $21,171.00 Nature of compliant: Vehicle no-start twice On February 17th, 2023 I financed a 2015 Jeep Compass at Car Depot in ******* and the people that I dealt with were *** and ****. When everything was signed and processed, the vehicle did not start. **** told me that they were going to "Fix the battery." The following day I go back down there and the vehicle started up and I drove it home.I drove it again on February 20th to and from work and it appeared to be fine. Two weeks later when I was on my way to work it didn't start again and it's been in my driveway ever since. I called **** and *** and all they ever do is put me on hold and the line gets disconnected and when I call back the line is busy. I've made countless of attempts to talk to them but unfortunately they're very apathetic about the entire situation.

            I bought my 2016 ******* Sonata this pass January 2023 have had issues since the first week. Car depot sold me a lemon . The first week of me having the car I took the car to be serviced by their recommended mechanic which was ******* **************** who service the car fixing or replacing a sensor. As I thought *************** would be good to go I was wrong.It's has been a continuous cycle of getting something serviced/fixed on the car since I have had it these last 8 months and now I was just to from the same place they sent me that I need an engine. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed ( I do not recommend anyone buying a car from there. Though they are nice they look you in the face and gaslight geek with you can drive today to put you in car that's most likely a lemon . If you are look to buy a car from here take a mechanic & with you, I don't think they inspect their cars before they sale them to you. I should have followed the red flags when I tested drove it and it was shaking but the guy said all I needed was tires and they replaced the two front tires. So I settled with that but if you have a gut feeling about listen to yourself so you end up with a lemon. I called Car Depot and spoke with *** Who said she would follow up I havent heard back from her yet, I called this pass Monday.
