- There is a NO REFUND POLICY on any expedited services. Ifthe customer added expedited services I will immediately start on that order,for the draft to be back in the desired time.
Customer has 48 hours to request a refund after invoice ispaid or order is placed through website only on orders that have the standard5-7 business day turnaround service. Refund can be requested by sending anemail to [email protected] with the Subject: Cancel Order. Onceemail is received, refund will be processed, and confirmation email will besent.
If refund request is submitted after 48 hours, customer canreceive services charged later or transfer service to another person. TheTransfer of services must be in email form with the Subject: Transfer ofServices. Email must contain the name, email address and telephone number ofnew customers. Customer will be contacted of the Transfer and will have 7business days to submit information needed to complete order. The Transfer ofService cannot be refunded to the new customer.
Original customer cannot dispute charges with their bank.
At any time, a customer can exchange or upgrade theirservices. There will be no downgrading to services purchased.
If an order cannot be completed in the required time frame,a refund will be processed, but ONLY if draft has not already been sent. If adraft has been sent, customer will not receive a refund. In this instance Iwill always make sure the customer is compensated for extended days ofservices. - Business Categories
