************************************************************************************ In a Report of a problem.. Tuesday August 10, 2021 I submitted an Email request to Support (at) ForSalebyOwner.com for a Address listing Removal. Tuesday August 11, 2021 I also, submitted a Google Content Removal of an outdated link for the Address listing. Of an understanding that' I did not receive a response from the business might 'explain why the BBB has the business listed, as no longer in existence. But, if the Google Removal Tool Cannot remove the outdated link or cache link then' the listing remains on the Google Search Engine with the businesses Website. 'Explanation that In Fact' the listing does not reflect the actuality of the Address that is' an Efficiency Unit part of ******** ***** **********, And therefore should not be on Website. 'Explanation of the listing, as Not- Active on the Website, but Available for Review.Business response

Answering clients emails usually is completed within 24- 48 hours I see this client did submit a request for the forsalebyowner.com to remove a PUBLIC PROPERTY records page. The URL provided is from our Property Pages section on the website. These Property pages addresses are not listed for sale on the website and all of the property information shown is based on public record information accessed from the local county tax assessor and the county recorder. The property pages on the Forsalebyowner.com website are similar to the myriad of other similar websites that also utilize public record Information. To have the data on the Property Pages corrected or deleted, you would need to go to your county assessor's office to appeal. This appeal will remove the Public Property Pages from the forsalebyowner.com website and all the other websites on the internet.Customer response
