      I am a current mortgage customer of ********************. Over the past several months, I have received an excessive amount of physical mail from Rocket Mortgage promoting additional products and services. My concern is not the frequency alone, but rather the deceptive and misleading nature of the materials being sent.The mailings are often designed to resemble urgent communications regarding my existing mortgage account, with vague or ambiguous subject lines and formatting that closely mimic official correspondence. This gives the impression that the contents pertain to a time-sensitive issue or account change, when in fact, they are purely marketing solicitations for unrelated services (e.g., personal loans, insurance, or refinancing options).These tactics are misleading, create undue concern, and appear intended to manipulate customers into opening marketing materials under false pretenses. I consider this a form of deceptive advertising and a violation of basic consumer trust.I have attempted to manage my communication preferences, but the physical mail continues.

      **** *********** the mortgage lender requested two bank statements of which i provided, a DD-14 of which I provided nd 2022 and 2023 income taxes of which I provided to obtain a 200000$ home mortgage 0 down veterans loan. My fico middle score he said and I saw is a 629 and the va requires a 620. Siah later said i need a 640 middle fico and wanted to refer me to a costly credit repair when its clear. I pulled up on internet only a 620 is required foe the mortgage.

      Our **************, ** home was destroyed by Hurricane *** in September 2022. We have a sales contract due to close today, May 7th. Rocket Mortgage will not transfer the insurance funds of $122,121 so that we can close this legal transaction. We are elders living on social security and have faithfully paid every mortgage payment, even with no home to live in since Hurricane ***.We need Rocket Mortgage to apply the insurance funds in our escrow account to reduce the ********************** so that we can close this sale. If they continue to refuse and hold our escrow fund, we will suffer financial, legal and emotional damages.

      When we refinanced with Rocket Mortgage about two years ago (the loan is my mother's), we already had a loan with them. They convinced ** to refinance to get a better interest rate. All that was fine. However, they FAILED to carry over ALL the current tax entities to the new loan. The loan was the same type, same everything, but just a lower interest rate. But, they left out the city taxes and only included the county taxes. So, of course, they weren't paying the city taxes even though the bills were being sent to them. I still don't understand why the receipt of the bills wouldn't prompt them to contact us to inquire. The city was only sending the bills to them and not to us so we weren't aware this was an issue. I happened to notice on my own that the city hadn't been paid for two years when I reviewed her latest escrow analysis. I called the city and they confirmed she was delinquent. After speaking with Rocket, they informed me they would pay the two years of taxes and we would fix the issue going forward by taking more of an escrow amount each month to account for the shortage. Again, no problem there. BUT THEY WON'T PAY THE PENALTIES OR INTEREST that the city has charged; they only paid the the amounts due (and they used the "early" payment amounts as well...our city gives a discount if you pay early and those were the amounts that were paid for the two years.) I feel that since THEY are the ones who FAILED to carry over the correct taxing authorities to the new loan that they should be responsible for the penalties and interest.

      My mother apparently made a loan which I personally doubt from quicken loans also known as rocket mortgage. For the amount of $261,000. She was found dead later that month. Among the bundles and mishaps that the state had did concerning her death is not a factor in this matter the factor is I've been trying to get rocking mortgage to tell me where that money was deposited since it wasn't mentioned at all in the closing of my mother's probate and the house that I was supposed to get in the inheritance is now paid back to rocket mortgage. All I'm requesting is to know where that money was deposited and they will not help me at all and I am her son why I want to know this is because I believe my mother was killed and that money is a part of it if I can find out where it was deposited then we can find out what's going on here cuz I have other information also I can't see why they won't give me this information adamantly too.

      I requested Rocket mortgage to take off my MPI payment after requesting an appraisal on my home. Before I spent ********* in renovations. My home appraised for ********** 8 months ago. In March after ****** in flooring granite additional concrete drive stainless appliances new lighting ceiling fans, doors vanities toilets paint cabinets the home appraised for *******. The exact same amount. This is not even possible. I reached out to rocket who stated someone would call me back March 13. No one has called me back. I requested another appraisal. I have heard nothing from Rocket. My account shows I paid for two appraisals. So there should not be a problem with them scheduling someone else to come out. I would like this problem resolved and the person or persons who dropped the ball dealt with. New training or something. I want another appraisal and the *** removed. Thank you

      We paid Rocket Mortgage $500.00 and gave permission to make a hard pull on our credit on February 20, 2023. They had assured us we were going to be approved for a home equity loan on our home in ********, *****. Apparently they found an old address in our credit report and they questioned our occupancy in our home and wanted an internet or cable or phone bill. We do not get cable, internet is unavailable in our area, and our cell phones are on our daughters bill because she has a family plan through her work. We sent copies of our drivers licenses, current mortgage bill, vehicle registration, tax deduction from Valley County/************** for property tax reduction for my 100% disabled veteran husband, and a *********************** disability letter for my husband showing our home address. Our home is in a remote mountain area so we go to our daughters home in ********, ***** once a month where we have our bank mail go and she helps us pay our bills, do banking, and shopping. That is why our banking has her address. I can easily change that mailing address to our home in ******** but was told it needed to be done before the loan application. That *** be why something on the credit report has her address I assume. The whole process has been very stressful and Rocket Mortgage says the $500 was spent on the appraisal which we were told will not be accepted if we go somewhere else for a loan. ****** told us the payment was like a handshake. We agreed to complete the loan. I told her then their side of the handshake should be to complete the loan
