1 starI recently had an issue with a purchase through StockX where the item arrived damaged. After multiple back-and-forths, I ultimately gave up on receiving a fair resolution and let them know I was walking awaynot out of pettiness, but out of ************* their credit, the *** who ***lied on July 29th sent a message that was thoughtful, thorough, and probably the most human one I received. He acknowledged how much time, care, and patience I put into resolving the issueevery bit of documentation they could ask ****** as a fellow collector, even he agreed the outcome wasnt fair. I believe he meant it. Even if part of it was damage control, the customer service damage was, in that moment, pretty well controlled. Unfortunately, I didn't buy from StockX to send four emails just to get a decent, human, but ultimately useless response. I paid a premium to receive an item that was authentic and in the condition described, as I'm sure others do.But the actual damage? That came from the policies and limitations StockX puts on its ***s and their low standards regarding item condition. Its a shame, because the *** clearly got it, and probably wouldve handled things differently if he had the power to.That disconnect between the people working customer service and the policies theyre forced to follow is what ultimately lost them my trust. I no longer feel confident StockX will stand behind the condition of what they sell or resolve issues fairly when things inevitably go wrong.There are good people behind the scenes, but in this company theyre operating within a system that doesnt do remotely right by customers when it counts. Thats a choice the company makes. Until that changes, I cant recommend buying here.StockX

After reviewing it appears there was no mention of any box damage in your recent conversation with our support team, only that you order a size too small and wanted to return for a bigger size. As a marketplace we are not able to offer exchanges, as we do not carry an inventory of our own to exchange from like retail operations are able to do. Ordering the wrong size is not an approved return reason at this time, because that's not something at the fault of StockX. If you were shipped the wrong size from what you ordered, that would be an approvable return reason. Hopefully this adds some additional clarity to the decision that was made. 1 starBuyer beware I ordered a pair of shoes earlier today 7/26/25 for grandchild and decided no longer wanted Ang tried to cancel few hours later and was told buy customer service via chat that was impossible to just wait to receive then return or resell shoes on there website which is pathetic like why can I not cancel within same day few hours later on a weekend no way they shipped no shoes and cancelling a order shouldnt be this hard should be hassle free again same day few hours later shady business once before my bank card compromised on there website in the past no I did not use bank card this time Apple Pay too be sure none of the overseas fraudster dont get my card information be careful using on this site unsatisfied customer will not shop with them again.StockX

1 starHave sold more than 6000 items on Stockx and first time ever experiencing such shady stuff.Shipment ID S-******0640 that contains 9 order were shipped on time at 7/7 in the morning and 4 orders got cancelled already on the same date, which was confirmed by customer support as a system error.Later the next day, another 2 got cancelled, which was also confirmed by customer support as system error.After chasing them for over a week with no response. They suddenly reached out today and said all the items that were impacted by their system error didn't pass their verfication and they will not be returning. How convenient?I have sold more than 20 of the same items and never had any issues. And all of the sudden after being impacted by their system error, they all couldn't pass verification.All of the items were purchased from ********* and I can supply all purchase receipts, order number/screenshot/email and credit card record. This is beyond ridiculous and shady and I have sold more than 6000 orders within this platformStockX

I haven’t received any communication from stock X after I sent proof stock X labubu flip with me was NOT genuine. I will not be buying from stock X anymore. 1 starPlaced 3 orders. Each time no product received. Different reasons given for each. 1. LOST 2. ITEM DANAGED AND NOT DELIVERABLE 3. DELIVERED BY FEDEX BUT MY SECURITY CAMERA INDICATES OTHERWISE. I did receive refund the first 2 times. Having difficulty with 3rd refund. Link provided but it doesn't work. They also want a face scan to process the claim. I don't understand where the problem for delivery is...StockX or FedEx. FedEx was not helpful at all trying to determine the issue. I believe they are working in conjunction with each other in some fashion in a scam type scenario.StockX

If the transaction is canceled, it is likely due to such circumstances as the seller not shipping the item in time, a carrier issue, or the condition of the shipped item being defective, in which we will first attempt to link you to a new seller. If this option is unavailable, the buyer will be refunded the full amount of the order. If the seller fails to complete the transaction, we may charge a penalty fee, suspend account usage, or both, to prevent a recurrence. In the even that your item is delivered to you by the carrier but not received, we first require all customers to submit a Persona identity check. If the security check is approved, we are able to move forward with the claims process. Unfortunately, without this step, we are unable to assist. THEY DID IT TO OBTAIN THE SECRET DOLL SO THEY CAN SELL IT FOR TRIPLE THE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!THEN THEY GLUED THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX WITH SO MUCH GLUE TO ACT LIKE IT CAME AS IS. When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do and offered me a measly $20 discount on my next purchase. I was so frustrated that I told them to keep their $20 because Ill never order from them again.StockX

1 starOnly reason I am leaving a 1 star review is bc it’s making me.
Sent a labubu doll for verification to sell. Took pictures of it as I was packaging it. After a week I received an email saying my doll didn’t pass verification bc of a manufacture defect. I was confused bc I bought the doll from them earlier this year. No issues. While I had it in my possession, I never opened the box & just had it displayed in my office. Well I got the doll back today & the nose is scratched! Paint missing! I know FOR SURE I didn’t send it like this. Reached out to them only for them to say they aren’t responsible for damage during shipping. I responded saying this scratch wouldn’t have happened during shipping. It would’ve happened by someone handling the doll. On top of that you can see the scratch without opening the box from the see through window in front of the box. If the scratch was there, they wouldn’t have had to open the box as you can clearly see the paint missing. They still opened the box to take the doll out! I know they opened the box bc I kept the original StockX sticker on the seal & since I never opened it, the sticker was intact when I sent it. They sent it back with the sticker ripped. StockX can basically damage your items & claim defect on our part. Never again will I work with them! Be aware if you do decide to sell through them.StockX
