1 starOrder something through their site. I never received it. No proof of delivery. I asked them to file a claim with Fedex(which is what ***** said they needed in order for ***** to then investigate and find out what their driver did with the package)Stockx would not work with me, and simply said the package shows as delivered, they couldn't do anything since it was delivered. No, it was not, they never provided me with a photo/proof of delivery. All in all, they didn't care to help out at all.First and last time I purchase something through Stockx

1 starStockX has become one of the most unreliable platforms Ive ever dealt with. They are not worth to trust. They will seize sellers properties without providing any proof of evidence, purely based on their own decision that the item is fake or unauthorized. Even when a seller provides a legitimate proof of purchase directly from the brand, they refuse to consider it valid.The worst part is the lack of transparency. StockX claims they will destroy the item, but who actually knows what happens behind the scenes? There is no accountability, no proof of destruction, and no documentation. For all we know, they could be reselling the cost-free seized item on their own. The whole process feels opaque and unfair.If youre a seller, be extremely careful. StockX has shown they can confiscate your merchandise without evidence, ignore your documentation, and shut down communication whenever you ask for proof. I will never trust them again, and I hope others think twice before sending anything valuable to this platform.

1 starAn internet rip off. Do not use. Knock off and terrible customer support I lost $115 on knock off nike sneakers. Would not allow returns even though their web sites claims returns and service guarantees. Beware. I hope they go bankrupt soon.

1 starThere should be a warning when checking out about setting up an account so you can track it or easier follow up. If you check out as guest and then later create an account, CS cannot link it to your account afterwards. Why in this age of technology, it cannot be done? Because you have less return rights as guest so be warned!!! I already had the 1st seller not sent and now 2nd seller sent but taking a while to receive into Stockx verification. This was for a sealed set of Labubus. So I guess I will have to see if Verification includes opening the sealed box, where the chance of not receiving the whole set of Labubus because they could replace with other blind boxes.

1 starI have not received my order and I have contacted them multiple times and have been told someone will get to me in 1-2 days still no email no phone call I will be disputing this transaction with my bank and label this purchase as a fraudulent transaction due to the fact they took my money and my order has not and looks like will not make it to me. Its been stuck in customs for 7 days I have reached out multiple times and still nothing. No accountability.

1 starSo I placed bids and offer was accepted. Everything was fine, then found out that there was an issue with the original order so StockX decided to find me another seller and stated I would not be charged any extra fees. Without my authorization or input. My order as of this morning still enroute from *****, and actually in ******* and expected to be arriving in ***** today. Nevertheless, the package was expected to arrive no later than 5 days ago.then this afternoon I attempted to contact StockX via the chatbot messager. Well that took basically 1/2 a day to actually connect with someone. Now my package is being shown as heading back to ***** then (Return to Sender).Now still awaiting to get with StockX, of which I finally got with someone which boiled down to me possible getting a refund when the package get back to the verification facility. Why should I have to wait it get my almost $250 until StockX to get a package of which never arrived. I am not sending it back, it is simple heading back which is something that I have nothing to do with nor do I have any control over. So I was advised, to pay close attention to the sight and reach out when it gets back. So that I could basically waist a day trying to reach StockX to inquire about my money for a product I never received.Totally, upset about the experience. They will take your money immediately, before the item is even shipped to their facility. But now something is jacked up on your end as it relates to your processes. I must wait until you get the product back and conduct and investigation as to why the package was sent back. A process that I had nothing to do with!!I've spent $1,000's on products from StockX but I am done. Had a worse experience/issue when they sold me some fake shoes which had to be returned, now this!!

We totally understand you not wanting to wait for it to arrive back to us in the event it had actually returned to sender, but reasons like this is why we ask that - because that return scan was inaccurate and the package was still in route to your address. 1 starDo not buy collectible plushies from StockX. I ordered a rare 31-in plushie for a popular Pokemon, and they supposedly 'verified' that it was the correct one, and then delivered the incorrect plushie that is less than half the size. A visibly impaired, five-year-old child with a functioning pair of hands could determine that this is not the correct item, so that speaks volumes to the level of incompetence that backs the infamous 'StockX guarantee'.

1 starMy son purchased a pair of ****** 8 on their website he tried the shoe on and they were in inch to big. He put in a request for a size down they sent him the same shoe back denied his request. I reached out today via chat to see if he can do an exchange they stated the shoe looked worn. The shoe was never worn of course you have to try the shoe on to make sure they are to your liken they were to big. We placed the shoe back in the box and shipped them off. The sent us another pair same size. If it was denied why send another pair out same size. Im looking at a brand new pair of basketball shoes that cant be worn.

1 starI was charged a seller's fee when the seller's fee was supposed to be zero until midnight of October 31st 2025. Now I can't get any answer as to why? The chat doesn't even understand my question and I have no other way to communicate with anyone.

1 starI put in a bid $24 higher than any other bidder. StockX sent me an email confirmation. Yet I was not declared the purchaser, nor could their helpdesk play back any details for me on why it was not honored. The site feels sleezy

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that placing a bid doesnt automatically confirm a purchase a bid must be matched with a sellers ask before an order is created. The email you received confirms that your bid was placed, not that it was accepted. Once a seller matches your bid, thats when the transaction officially goes through.We understand how this can be confusing and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
