June 28, 2023 MOGO MoGodetroit.org 1-888-MoGo-123 ******************************* ***************************************** ************ Case number: ********* RE: Paid MOGO $5.00 fees for Service and $5.00 fee for the Bike Key Please consider this a formal complaint, in or around April 2023 and May 19, 2023 wherein I have paid the $5.00 yearly fee as a MDDHS recipients (case number listed above) and have paid the $5.00 fee for the bike key. I spoke with a representative from MOGO over the telephone who took all of my personal information over the telephone and stated, that I would be able to use my bank card used to pay for my membership fee with, to access a mogo bike until I receive my bike key. However, I have not received my bike key and I have been unable to use the membership credit/debit to access a mogo bike at any of the bike kiosks. I am requesting that MOGO immediately send/re-send my bike to my address listed above which is the same as the address listed on my membership via a faster mailing service such as *** or ***** for security purposes within the next 3 business days to make sure that the bike key has been delivered; immediately refund all monies used to purchase the bike key due to MOGOs delays; and/or refund all monies paid for membership because MOGO failed to provide per MOGOs policies and guidelines access to the MOGO bikes using the same credit/debit card used for purchasing the membership; and per MOGOs policies and guidelines change the date of membership to provide the full one year membership, due to MOGOs errors, to the date in which bike access is actually provided for the first time using either the membership credit/debit card or bike key whichever is first.MOGO took monies and never provided any services at all, since receiving payment. Moreover, MOGO has received additional monies wherein bike services were bought due to MOGOs failures to recognize the credit/debit card at the time of swiping the card over $5.00
