    This place needs to be shut down! I paid $2,300 on repairs for a blew out motor. After a month and a half of lies and unmet promises of when my car would be fixed, I just took it back. I paid the total in full and still have not received a receipt from the owner as promised multiple times. Read reviews of his business from ****** and it seems like he does this often with not coming through on repairs, specifically with women and not giving a receipt. He has ulterior motives for not giving a receipt obviously. Hes a scammer! My car still is not fixed and the owner damaged it even more! The dealership is now saying I have more issues than what I had when I brought my car to this business. I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit but its a shame that my car was not fixed after paying so much to get it fixed. Not everybody are meant to be owners!

    First off I want the owner to know that I will be reporting him and his business practices to the BBB ASAP.I have a friend whos daughter brought her 2019 ***** Equinox to this shop for engine repairs back in late August early ************* her going here by herself she didnt fully understand what she was getting into without having knowledge of auto repairs or someone else who had the knowledge.Honestly though she shouldnt have needed anyone else if this shop owner was an honest and principled person. But because the shop owner is neither of these he took full advantage of this young ladys lack of automotive knowledge.First he quoted her an engine repair of $2300, he had her pay the full amount in advance and only gave her a partial receipt for that payment. He then proceeds to keep giving her the run around as to when the repairs would be done but at the same time telling her the vehicle would be ready by certain days that came and went. Every time her car supposedly was going to be ready he had a last minute repair to it or he wasnt available.Finally after a month of empty promises he informs this young lady that repairs are costing more than he quoted her and he would need to charge her more money!This is a 25 year old that works full time and has children to take care of. Of course that didnt matter to this guy, all he cared about was taking advantage of someones child!Needless to say the repairs are not complete and the vehicle was retrieved and will be taken to a reputable repair shop.Please Detroiters be aware of this ingenious business and its behavior.We should never tolerate this type of treatment in our community
