I took my vehicle to this company because I had a started that was failing. I felt the price that i was being told was high but i figured I would rather pay a higher price and ensure the work is quality than to go cheap and have other issues. When I picked my vehicle up I popped the hood and noticed that my pump fluid had been refilled above its actual limit. I knew this because I swapped a new battery out before I brought it to this company as I thought the failing starter was a battery issue. After I drove my vehicle home and let it sit over night the next day I noticed that the vehicle had a ton of green fluid that had come out. I called the mechanic and informed him and brought the vehicle back in. He assured my that there had been no work performed near anything related to the waterpump which is where the green fluid would be coming from. When I took my vehicle back home i let it sit again over night. When I came out to use my vehicle all of the fluid had drained from the vehicle. I contacted the shop again and an employee informed me to bring my vehicle in on monday and it would be looked at. Later i received a call from ******* stating that essentially once you take your vehicle away from my shop anything that happens is not a problem of mine if it cant be proven that i touched it . There is a direct correlation of the vehicle not having a water pump related issue to leaving my vehicle in their shop and it literally losing all of the coolent within 2 days. This is not right. Additionally, it was agreed that the price of fixing the alternator would be between 400 and 500 dollars and at the point of pick up it was almost 550 just poor business practice.
