    I ordered an ******** screen door replacement, and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I called to see if I could return it for the right size, and that's when I saw the lack of customer service. They said that I would have to pay for returning it ($200) because it was my mistake to order the wrong door. I explained that the website did not provide much information about it, but the "customer care agent" said, "I am sorry, there is nothing I can do. It was your own fault." It's astonishing how some companies are out there just to take advantage of you. I will write a letter to headquarters, but the lack of empathy and willingness to help the customer was striking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their customers.

    THIS IS AMAZIMG THAT I FOUND THIS COMPANY... LOOKING FORWARD TO MY ORDER OF ******** SCREEN DOOR LOCK & HANDLE !! FOUND THEIR NAME ON ******** AS I WAS DESPERATE FOR THIS OLDER STORM DOOR **** & HANDLES !!CAN'T WAIT TO INSTALL IT !!HAVING THE SERIAL NUMBER HELPED THEM FIND THE PART THAT ARE NO LONGER MADE.. SO THIS CALL SAVED ME $ ****** FOR A DOOR PLUS $300.00 LABOR !!

    He supplies items that the manufacturers don't want to bother with anymore!!!I called ******** twice windows and no one there would help me figure out which was the correct part. I even gave them the serial number.A friend who is locksmith was here and said you might need a whole new door. Since it's a storm door, I would need a whole new one -- and probably woodwork too.I called ******** twice windows and no one there would help me figure out which was the correct part. I even gave them the serial number.He got right back to me. Of course I have to wait but it's the manufacturers not supporting old items that's the real problem.
