              Leak in roof of sunroom installed July 2020 by Temo yard in Enclosure/ Backyard Enclosures on **** **** in ******* ******** **. I made 5 calls to the business and was told the installer, ****** would take a look at it. I made 4 calls afterwards since ****** had not arrived. I was also told a return call would be made to help with a visit. The last call , I go voice mail. We are having a lot of rain which will result in damage to the floor and area rug.

              Company has taken so many steps to think of everything that could go wrong, and made a failsafe for that possibility. In the years I have had experience with Temo, they have always taken care of any issues if they do arise. This is how a company should be.
