    After receiving my information through the *************, I was bombarded by texts and calls from this organization. They refused to tell me where they got my information from unless I called them. Then they thought they were being kind by telling me I can reply to their texts to opt out of a list I NEVER ASKED TO BE ON. They also use local area codes when texting/calling to appear local to you. I spoke to several of their associates and none of them are ethical.

At Mortgage One Funding LLC, we take consumer privacy and regulatory compliance seriously.The consumers information was obtained legally through permitted industry channels and was scrubbed and filtered in accordance with all applicable laws and guidelines prior to any outreach. Upon initial contact, the consumer was informed of their right to opt out, and once the request to cease communication was made, we honored it immediately and permanently removed the consumer from our contact list.We strive to ensure all communication is transparent and respectful.
