            We first dropped off my car last year 2022. They had the car for four months and did not fix it. We decided to drive it thru the summer cause we only have a mini ****** as back up. We returned the car January 2023. After 4 months with hardly any communication they told us it was ready. We went to get it and could not even leave the parking lot because something in the trans was rattling like it would fall out. Now Im August they said two weeks ago it was done. Picked it up after about 20 miles it started to make a grinding noise around the trans. We took it back and it sat there. No calls no text telling us that they refused to work on it. We just found out yesterday. In the last two years they have had my car for an entire year worth of time. No loaner car nothing.

            Terrible experience in used car department! My 25 year old son had his Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen while he was away with US Army Reserves. This dealer had a similar replacement vehicle. But, despite the fact that my son works for Stellantis full-time and is a part-time US Army soldier, this dealership refused to take a ***** off their asking price. Desperate for a vehicle he was signing loan docs when they tried to add $1800 hidden fees for inspecting and cleaning the vehicle. It was unethical and immoral... do not recommend!
