We bought our ****** ***** trailer in Jan 21 from *************** in **. We found multiple holes in the canvas/ plastic on inspection. We were told that it would be covered under warranty & they took pictures that day. They were running behind on claims & we should hear from them in March. At the end of March I started calling every couple of weeks to get an update but heard nothing back. I finally was connected to Mike in June who apologized & stated that the original person who was supposed to file the claim had quit but he would get the claim submitted right away. After he submitted the claim, we could try and schedule with a local ****** ***** dealer instead of making the long drive to another state. We first scheduled with ****** ** in July, but they could not promise that the work would be done prior to our camping trip 3 weeks later so we cancelled that appointment. After our trip in August we called to reschedule. They stated that they were then booked out until November, so I went ahead and booked an appointment. 1 week prior to that appointment they called & stated that they were cancelling all future appointments as they no longer had staff for their maintenance department. I found another dealer in our area and quickly made an appointment for December. I was worried at this point that it would be too close to our warranty expiring and called ****** *****. They stated that they could not make any guarantees, but that we should keep the appointment since they had the original claim on file, that way they new that we did not damage the trailer during our use and it happened prior. The day of our appointment, there was a snow storm and an issue with scheduling. ******** ***** ** apologized and offer to get us in the next week (still prior to our warranty expiring). Yesterday we heard that our claim was denied. I would like FR to fix the tenting issues since it should have been covered & we did everything we could to resolve the issue prior to its expiration.
