      We've researched your concerns and have no record of an email from ******************* requesting assistance. The tracking details indicate your December and January shipments were marked return to sender. We've issued a refund for those shipments. Depending on your banking institution, please allow 5-7 business days to see the credit reflected on your account. The tracking details indicate the November Ivy Box was delivered on November 20, 2024. The **** tracking number is **************************. The February shipment is in transit and scheduled for delivery on February 24, 2025. That **** tracking number is **********************.

      Try to update a shipping address on their website and the items are still sent elsewhere, try to cancel your subscription on their website several months in a row and it will not cancel, try to remove or change credit cards on your account and they do not allow ANY card to be removed. The one thing they will do consistently is charge your card every month on time whether you receive the product or not. Because they are not able to deliver adequately a company, they have found shady ways to prevent you from being able to cancel with them. Countless other subscribers have been expressing their frustrations in our group for over a year now yo no avail. Many have had to cancel cards and complain to their banks to get anything resolved. Terrible and shady company.

      Every month, my payment is deducted on time. However, my order is not delivered until a month or two after the payment date. One time, a box was sent to another state. In addition, my box has been delivered missing items as well. Emails are typically responded several days after, with no other means to contact the company.

      What kind of subscription business does not let you cancel? What kind of business does not let you change your payment, so that they keep charging you after you attempt to cancel? What type of business? Not the kind I would do business with! Run the other way! Its a shame.

      I placed an order with this business on March 31. The money was deducted from my account, yet I am still waiting to hear from the company regarding my order. They have no record of my email, nor did I receive an email confirmation regarding the order. I want a refund. I do not want any parts of this. I was initially thrilled to have new items to wear, but my excitement has waned. So disappointed.

      Unfortunately, this customer misspelled her email address when creating the subscription. That led to non-receipt of a confirmation email. We received an email from the customer requesting account status and immediately replied and corrected the email address. A response was provided advising of the issue and requested confirmation that she would like to continue with the cancellation. Awaiting response.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Orders and ********************* I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ivystorehouse. Despite paying for a monthly subscription, I have consistently experienced the frustration of not receiving the merchandise I paid for during the corresponding month. This issue persists, and attempts to resolve it through your customer service have been unsuccessful.It is evident that Ivystorehouse is overwhelmed by customer demand and needs to take immediate action. Expanding the company and partnering with recognized manufacturers capable of quick turnaround times would help fulfill customer expectations and prevent recurring disappointment.I strongly urge Ivystorehouse to hire a performance improvement analyst who can assess and provide solutions for the numerous complaints received by the company. This would enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.Furthermore, communication and transparency regarding returns are lacking. There is no confirmation or tracking information provided for returned merchandise, leaving customers like myself in the dark.As a paying customer, I demand the same satisfaction as other Greek organizations, if not more. It is disheartening to invest time and money into Ivystorehouse, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and poor customer service. I expect immediate steps to rectify these issues, provide timely order fulfillment, improve return communication, and deliver the high-quality service I am entitled to.Failure to address these concerns within a reasonable timeframe will leave me no choice but to explore alternative options and escalate this matter through relevant consumer protection agencies.       I ordered a sweater and mailed it back for a size exchange. After three months of back and forth emails regarding not receiving the exchange or a refund, I finally disputed the charge on my credit card. Their customer service is horrific! Never purchase from them! If I could leave zero stars I would.

      Unfortunately, your return has not been verified. The return tracking number was requested to expedite the processing, but that information was not provided. Without the return tracking number, we have to verify receipt with our ****************** before issuing a refund or processing an exchange. Returns sent to Ivy Storehouse are experiencing pandemic and physical distancing related delays. Due to overwhelmed domestic delivery carriers and a reduced workforce processing returns there is a delay with verifying our incoming packages. We apologize tremendously for the inconvenience.

      You already indicated you received the item. And two months after my repeatedly asking for a status, you then ask for a tracking number which was thrown away earlier after your confirmation you had received my item. Your BB raring is an F. I Every other business I have ordered from is back to normal. You had this same issue before the pandemic. Extremely poor customer service!
