Hired Fresh Image to remodel bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bathroom tub was damaged by workers and the attempts to correct are not acceptable. The dent made is still evident and gloss is chipping away causing rust. Bathroom floor grout is crumbling in several areas. Main crew guy stated that he damaged the joist under the sub floor in anger over having to do our bathroom when he was only contracted to do the bedrooms. He installed some 2x4s but floor grout is still crumbling. Company stated a life time warranty for issues and is now ignoring our requests for service. Bathroom tile is a mess. Chipped tiles were installed, tiles are not cut properly and have huge chunks of grout in some areas and hardly any in others. Had to purchase additional tiles when the first attempt was installed with little pieces in corners and not acceptable. Company insisted on large tiles only and then the crew did not cut or size properly. Did not finish trim around floor behind sink which is on legs so very noticeable it is missing. Patch work on drywall was not sanded and painted over showing the drywall mud. All 3 rooms had to be touched up with paint by my wife as the writing made by workers on drywall bled through. We also had to re-caulk all crown molding in bedrooms as large areas were missing. Bedroom walls were not completely sanded before paint was applied causing lumps. Over cuts of drywall around sockets and light fixtures. Hole in bedroom ceiling patched over is still evident. Crew was unprofessional. Lots of smoke breaks of cigarettes and marijuana. Crew only here for 2 days then only 1 guy for a week and a half then a few guys which kept fighting on their cell phones with their spouses and the tile guy walked off the job because of a fight with his girlfriend. 1 crew member stated he filed for divorce in our driveway online instead of working and then showed up late the next day beat up and bleeding but pleaded to not tell the boss. We were told many times by the main guy he was not hired to do our bathroom and was angry and the actual tile guy complained about having to do the tile. The main guy apologized and admitted that the job was messy and did not go as planned because the owners were not realistic with the time frame of jobs and just kept calling to have them go to other jobs before completing this one. We were quoted a week and this took almost 4 and the main guy stated that they lied to the owner that they were done on a Friday and they were here until Sunday. We made every accommodation for this crew by being available super early and super later as well as weekends even though the owner stated they do not work weekends. The owners have not once contacted us to ask if there were any issues and only wanted to be combative that their crew has done nothing wrong. They came for the quote and hounded for money and never returned even after complaining.
