The roof is just beautiful and everyone compliments how great it looks. They have a spectacular warranty. They were GREAT! Three Companies out before Green Built Roofing. I'm sure glad that we scheduled one last estimate. We would have overpaid by $15,000.First Estimate $52,000 Second Estimate $46,000.Green Built Roofing came in at just under $30,000. They showed up when they said they would and worked until the project was complete. They had a very polite crew and the clean up was great. Signed up for a deck replacement in May. Took multiple calls and texts for updates on when the work would be done. Excuses regarding getting the materials. The materials we entered the agreement for were not the materials received. It was the lesser version. More excuses regarding this. More calls and texts were sent with no responses. Promises of a call back were never done. After 4 months repairs were done but had issues. Text message received back blamed the workers who did the work for the work quality. More calls and texts were sent to fix an issue and again no response back. Sent a message with pictures of an issue with a board that would be a tripping hazard by the steps that needs fixed and no courtesy of a response. Green Built at the start talked about their great ratings with the BBB and Angies List. Photos of prior work looked good. We need help to get them to stand by their work and fix the hazardous issue that exists. Their customer service is non existent.Green Built Roofing, LLC

I agree 100% agree with the customer. Everything was going smooth, Mr. dig came out’ we demoed the deck that went very smooth,. We came out and framed the deck with very little trouble, except for the fact that we framed it 2 feet two wide.. That’s where the trouble set in. In hindsight, we probably should’ve pulled the post and made the deck 16 feet wide instead of 18 feet wide.. our mistake customer gets a back deck that’s 32 ft.² bigger. no big deal. This is where the problem came in manufacturing couldn’t get me the replacement boards for 4 to 6 weeks. When they finally shipped the boards, some of them were damaged so we had to go get 4 more boards. Instead of waiting an additional 4 to 6 weeks I decided to drive to “Canada” and pick them up. Pretty Ride Thank You for that. we got the necessary deck boards to finish. GBR sincerely apologizes for the delay from manufacturing and the error on our part. GBR realizes that the customers time is valuable and the project should’ve been completed on time.. Because of the customers inconvenience, they were discounted substantially off the retail price of the project.. 18 x 17ft deck with a four ft landing, all composite cool decking.. 8 feet of stairs with a rail, coming off the landing including aluminum harmony rail on the top part of the deck.. We also wrap the post underneath the deck with a composite material as well and put new 8 inch facia all the way around the deck.. 354sq feet of decking 52ft aluminum rail. $19000 tax included.Review fromPatrick G

1 starThis company is a scam. They travel every few years to different states and get customers to pay for crap roofing jobs. Sure the end product may look nice but the devil is in the details. Rotting wood not being replaced, not fixing issues just covering them up, and promising 50 year warranties then they up and move. Their work isn't worth your hard earned money. Please look into another company for your roof.
