    I am rejecting this response because: I picked up the van and called within 4 days. Your title and toe company delivered the car and once I change the battery and added the engine oil I got the cal ******** Once I drove the van I emailed the manager right away. Also this van may have been altered the mileages. Per the van ********* this van does not seems to have ******* miles. Im just not happy with this companys business dealing. Most of the cars are with major issues but they do not list the key issues which may prevent the cars to sell.

    We were unaware of any issues with the van that was purchased by ***** and unfortunately the issue with the van was brought to our attention outside of the timeframe given within the terms that ***** agreed to and signed. These terms were explained to ***** in a previous situation where he had an issue with a vehicle outside of the agreed upon terms. We helped him with other situations outside of the terms agreed to in the past and told him that we would not be able to do this again in the future.

    Purchased a car from this auction company listed ALL CARS A RE SOLD AS IS. but they do an inspection when the car arrives at their lot for sale. Per the listing car runs and drives with no issues. I picker up the car on September 14th. When I started the car there was an engine noise I thought that might go away once I drive since the car has been parked for a while. After driving 30min car dropped working. I got the car towed to the mechanic. I was told the the car has a bad engine and people who sold the car use some sort of chemical to stop noise and ********** 2-70030 2010 **** Escape Limite
