              I placed an order in March that was scheduled to be delivered on *****th April. The order number was issued to be asUSM-*********. This order was over $4000. The delivery status was never updated and the day came and past. I kept calling them to no avail. I chatted with several people on their chat line who promised that they will refund after i wrote to them to cancel the order to which i never received a reply either. One of the people told me there has been delayed due to merger with another company. This was an irrelevant excuse as that should not affect customers and whoever is buying them should be aware that this company is fraudulent. I am not sure why they are in business at all. I want me refund asap and response to my emails.

              After waiting a month for a mattress that was never shipped, I decided to cancel my order. US Mattress made it extremely difficult to get them to accept my cancellation. They made me talk to 4 different representatives trying to convince me not to cancel my order. When I told them my mind was made up, ** Mattress informed me they would charge me a $250 "restocking fee" that was never disclosed on their website under their Return/Cancellation Policy. I feel this is a fraudulent fee and would never consider doing business with such a disreputable company again.
