            Store has cute things. However pricing is hidden on many products and if you think your buying something as it is displayed that turns out to be false at checkout. Misc items that seem to be part of the item all of a sudden have prices and something you thought was 25 dollars is now 50. Very shady. Other complaint. Is the owner herself is pretty shady. She offers incentive buying basically. It's a reward program that she doesn't provide all the rules too and never follows through with providing to her customer. Shady shady. Not going back.

            As discussed in our previous messages on FB, coupons received from our Rewards Program expire 30 days from issuance. It's clearly stated on the text message you received with the reward coupon. Nothing is hidden and nothing is unclear. You have used that coupon multiple times in the past with no issues. This time around it had been expired for 40 days, therefore, we were not able to apply it towards your purchase. Our entire store is staged with products that are for sale. Every item has a price and if you are unclear of a price all you need to do is ask. You have shopped our store for quite sometime and have never had an issue until this expired coupon. You have now filed this review and a ****** review all stating the same thing. After your harassing, disrespectful and bullying messages you were banned from the page. You are attempting to spread hateful lies about myself and my store all over an expired $20 coupon.

            Your business received an appropriate review. Based on your response you certainly missed the entire point. Do better as a business owner. Don't flat out lie. The sneaky pricing in my opinion has occurred several times and your incentive buying so called program is lacking. I asked you directly back in the fall when I learned I even had a reward and looked right at you and asked if they expire and you said oh no you can use anytime. I said great I'm going to save it and come back at Christmas. You said great idea. I reached out and you choose to lie instead of owning the situation and making it right. That is horrible business practice not too mention a lack of morals. You lied. And your still not understanding. As far as harassing and bullying I believe you should look up the definitions. I did neither. As a customer I provided valid concerns regarding a business that is very deceptive. Do better!
