We moved here and their policy is : you sign and pay then you get the keys. This was four years ago and what we found in that house was aweful. Filthy, dirty, broken doors, dirty dipers in drawers, rotten cabinets with mold. The bathtub painted with wall paint and this came out the first day and let us see the mold in every single area. Its been 4 years, they increased the rent in 300+ a month and we are still with rotten cabinets, broken doors and a very poor paint job. switches and outlets painted as well as lamps and towel hanger and hinges. We are tired of sending them emails and begging for help. We had a flooded basement and their only help was to lend us a fan. This has stressed us very much, I ended up seeing a doctor for my mental peace. Dogs run free no leash, they p*** and nobody picks after them. The list can go on and on. We are now looking for a better place to move. The WORSE part??? there is no place entity office where you can present a complaint and have them fix things and their policy. I dont think is fair for a person to move into a place without visiting it first. We came SEVERAL times and ask to see it and they said is their policy not to. The cheap carpet is already worn out. I am so happy we are finally looking for another place. Because i complain in the local office now i am banned to visit it. if you know a place like municipality or whatever, can you let me know? we have been months with no maintenance, one guy broke the chain for the flue and i did not know until i got all the house full of smoke. do you think they help us clean the smell in every single part of the house? no. just like the flooded basement. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE !! be smart ! i have photos to proof this and much more since the very first moment we put a foot in this house. i had to mark a star, but i would not do it if i could. not even 1 star. Try to contact the owners??? no way, the most unfair place.
