    Every week they are shutting our water off we going hours without water.. keep calling about the rats and gnats and bugs they not doing anything but want their rent money this is ridiculous how they taking our money but want fix anything thrash over piling outside they never dump garbage and they have a non chalet attitude about it

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Im sorry for the disruption and frustration youve experienced. We take these issues seriously and are committed to resolving them promptly.

    Water Shut-Offs & Leak Repairs
    We must address water leaks as soon as we discover them. If repairs are not handled quickly, the master meter readings rise and overall water costs increasesomething we are trying to prevent so that residents do not face higher utility charges.
    Unfortunately, the property has a single main shut-off valve. That means water must be turned off community-wide while repairs are completed for safety and code compliance.
    We have been notifying residents in advance of planned shut-offs (via notices and/or texts) and our maintenance team works diligently to complete repairs and restore service as quickly as possible. If you are not receiving notices, please confirm your preferred contact number and email so we can ensure youre included on all alerts.

    Pest Concerns (Rats/Gnats/Bugs)
    We are scheduling pest control to service your building and will add your home for an interior inspection and treatment.
    To expedite, please contact the office so we can arrange a time to enter your unit, or let us know if we have existing permission to enter. Our vendor will inspect common areas, entry points, and dumpsters, and apply treatments per their protocol.

    Trash & Grounds
    We have reminded our waste vendor about timely pickups and overflow prevention, and were increasing on-site grounds sweeps while we monitor the vendors performance. Please continue reporting any missed collections so we can escalate immediately.

    Billing & Collections
    Rent collection is a separate obligation under the lease. That said, our goal is always to keep services reliable and the community well-maintained while we work with residents professionally on any balance questions or payment plans available under our policies.

    Confirm your best phone and email for outage/pest notices,
    Schedule a pest inspection/treatment for your unit, and
    Provide you with a point of contact for real-time updates during repairs.

    I moved from one of their properties in ******, ******* at the end of July. A month and a half later I reached out in regards to getting refunded my security deposit. I was forwarded to their corporate office to resolve this issue as to why I didnt have it yet but there isnt anymore competent that can help me apparently. I have tried to resolve this matter with this company since October of 2021. Almost every week since then, Ive tried to get my security deposit back. I havent received any correspondence as to when I will receive it nor a reason why I havent received it. *** talked with the same agent on multiple occasions and she claims to have emailed the person who can resolve this matter - because thats the only way she can contact them. No one has responded yet and reached out to me, even when Im constantly calling and emailing.
