    On June 30th, REMOVED/ NOTARY SERVICE AND REMOVEDM charged my credit card $98.95 to renew my Notary License, which was set to expire on July 7th, 2025. However, I have not received any information regarding this renewal. Upon contacting them, I was informed that my stamp would arrive by July 15th or no later than July 20th. As of today, I have not received any information, and my license appears to be expired.I am extremely disappointed that this company allowed my license to expire while charging my credit card and failing to provide any status updates on my application. I demand that my application be processed immediately and my license be updated and activated. Additionally, I need my stamp to continue performing my duties as a Florida Notary.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Hello,

    First, our BBB emails were going to the incorrect email - not sure where BBB got that email, so thank you for correcting that.

    As for Ms. REMOVEDwe received her mailed paperwork on July 11, 2025.  We have no control on the speed or delivery with the US Postal Service.   Ms. REMOVEDstated that her commission expired July 7, 2025.  Renewal paperwork is sent out 6 months in advance, so she mailed her paperwork for renewal way too late to meet her deadline.

    We were set to have the paperwork submitted to the State of REMOVEDfor processing when we received a notification that Ms. REMOVEDdisputed her charge with our company and her credit card refunded the money back to her.   Since this occurred, we had to remove her paperwork from the submission to the state and contact her for the dispute.   We finally managed to get in contact with her and informed her that since the charge was disputed & refunded, we could not continue with the process unless she returned the funds back to us.    Ms. REMOVEDdid provide a new credit card charge and her paperwork was finally submitted to the state for processing.   

    Due to the charge dispute, this disrupted her renewal process with a lengthy delay, not due to our service or neglect.    Ms. REMOVEDwas renewed with the State of REMOVEDand her notary stamp was shipped to her on Aug 13, 2025.   Our service received her notary certificate from The State of Florida on Aug 21, 2025, which is the same day it was mailed to her.

    If the disputed charge would not have been issued by Ms. REMOVEDshe would have been commissioned much earlier.   We have completed & provided everything that was paid for to the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because:I must reject this response due to the fact that the company is making it appear as though I was responsible for the delay. In reality, I called the company twice; first, they blamed the holiday, and then they shifted the blame to the government, citing a lack of personnel as the reason for the process being delayed. Now, they are pointing fingers at me because I submit the complaint, and also the post office delivery time.


    It is truly unfortunate to witness such a lack of professionalism from this company. To date, I have not received my certificate, and the stamp was delivered by an independent individual rather than by the US Postal Service. Overall, my experience has been dreadful, and I firmly believe that companies like this should not be allowed to operate.


    I would strongly advise against recommending this business to anyone. I will not remove my complaint until I receive my certificate. Due to their lack of diligence, I was unable to perform my duties as a notary for an entire month. The impact of this incompetence has been significant and unacceptable.
