      Auto Europe Does Provide Rental Voucher for Zero Deductible When zero deductible was paid for. I have rented several times from Auto Europe for travel in Ireland. Each rental I selected maximum zero deductible insurance coverage and a voucher was provided identifying the vehicle and coverage with zero deductible. This month I purchased a ************************************************************************* reflected rental with lower coverage and $5000 hold on my credit card. I called AutoEurope and was told the hold was policy regardless of the purchase of zero deductible coverage. I cancelled and Auto Europe timely refunded to my credit card. Read your rental voucher.Auto Europe is doing business differently. In an effort to assure that this was not simply employee error I followed up with an email with copies of my most recent previous rental voucher and the 2021 voucher which clearly reflects the differences. The response was, they are the same. Insulting and unresponsive! Car rental in Ireland is a problem and Auto Europe is part of the problem.
