Please understand items may sell out before your particular order is processed. Just because an item is in your shopping cart does not mean it is reserved.
Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability. This means that, for any reason we deem necessary, we are able to cancel your order. If we require additional information for your order, multiple attempts will be made to contact you via email and phone. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, the order is subject to cancellation. REVIVE does not offer refunds once you receive your order. All footwear and accessory sales are final and non-refundable. All other items sent back to us are only eligible for store credit. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition and packaging, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
