    Girlfriend just bought two dresses that she liked on here < 30 minutes ago, then saw the refund for store credit only, which is obviously not standard practice. We called just now, storeperson said they "checked with the warehouse and the order had been fulfilled," so there was no way to cancel it for a refund. Apparently they "fulfill orders really fast on the weekdays" so that way they can tell your package is "fulfilled" and steal your money even faster. We will never again order from here, and in the unlikely event anyone ever asks us what we thought of our purchases from Jaus, we will express our dissatisfaction with their predatory anti-consumer practices.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The excuse the storeperson gave was that "we are a smaller boutique," but this is exactly the kind of predatory practice that prevents these smaller boutiques from becoming larger or more trusted brands.

    I agree with another complainant that the return policy is garbage. Their sizing is all over the place and the quality of the items they sell are poor, especially in relation to the cost. They have held hundreds of my dollars hostage for years now because every time I try to purchase something, either the sizing is wrong (even though I diligently follow their size guide) or theres something wrong with the item itself in quality or functionality. They charge you to do the returns, which is slowly eating away at my credit balance, as I keep trying to return items and get it right. Again Ive been doing this for years now and I finally got fed up. I contacted them and explained and pleaded my case, but they refused to issue a credit to my card and will only give me a store credit.

    I've ordered from jaus online multiple times and recently visited them at the ********** location while I was traveling. Their unique styles are to die for and the customer service was very friendly. highly recommend!

    I recently purchased a dress and when I tried it on noticed the zipper was sticky. I immediately notified the company per their return policy and returned the item in perfect condition minus the zipper. They refused to refund my money stating that there was nothing wrong with the zipper. I told them that it was only an issue when you put some tension on it which I doubt they followed up on. Terrible terrible.

    Purchased the Reversible ***************** in White for $249.95 on shopjaus.com and a few hours later I contacted them via email as it was after hours requesting to cancel the order. The next morning, I called the ******** store and spoke to the manager, ****************** I kindly asked her if it was possible to cancel my order as the dress had NOT been shipped from their warehouse. Upon receiving the dress the receipt had a note that read " CUSTOMER WAS BEYOND RUDE ON THE ****** DO NOT ISSUE HER A REFUND IF SHE CALLS BACK - SS. What business treats their customers like that?

    This company does not sell quality clothes of any kind, their return policy is garbage, and the express shipping that is supposedly available is completely useless. When trying to figure out why my dress was going to arrive 8 days after I placed my order with express shipping I was told they were closed for a certain number of days and that they only recently printed the label. That information was never disclosed and theyre refusing to return the amount I paid for express shipping even though they never disclosed any of that information to be prior to placing my order. Essentially - once you pay them they never return any of your money for any reason, even if its entirely their fault.
