I have requested this company manager work with me and give me clear/accurate pricing and advertised discounts and she hasn't. I moved into unit#***. A welcome letter had to be redone as it was asking for overpriced items above what I calculated on verbal agreement. After this, it was adjusted to accurate amount. But, I moved in and problems started. The Thermostat stopped working. I was left in Freezing Temps calling Maintenance. Three weeks past, they couldn't give me a replacement thermostat. No CREDIT was offered. I finally got just $55.00 in Jan when I asked consideration, again. I asked to TRANSFER on property within 1st 30 days, consistent with their PROMISE. I was asked to PAY $$$$ to move!!!!! First it was over $1100.00. Then I resisted and it became a Welcome Letter with a credit of $730.00 leaving me to PAY $275.00 But I PAID FULL RENT IN JANUARY even though I PAID prorated rent in middle of December when I moved in. So the credit was to be given to me for my FEBRUARY RENT. But instead, I'm being Evicted because there is NO CREDIT for Feb other than $55.00 for living in COLD 3 weeks!!!!!! I transferred from *** to 923 WITHIN 30 days 12 14-01.14., there PROMISE. So I'd PAID $1387.00 from 1/1/23 to 1/14/23. My CREDIT was only $730.00 Why? I had to pay $275 to move in, Why? Then Feb 1st pay again $1570, Why? Where's my FEB credit????? There's excessive Maintenance problems: hot/cold washer connect -wrong SHRUNK my winter coat, 2 shirts and 1 seater!!!!! No Reimbursement. In ew unit, New Thermostat BROKE-24hrs, Washing Machine-broke 2 weeks!!! Utility door, broke due to unleveled washer- walks machine out into hallway-blocks path 4 ft move on cycles-waterlogs my belongings!!!!!! No credit given for me for this either. My power bill is excessive almost DOUBLE since they messed up wiring in this unit!!!!!! garbage disposal-broken. 2 many wired smoke detectors 1 ft from each other!!!!!! Now being Evicted after DENIED % Holiday rates by move in date
