      I purchased the microwave 03/30/2025. It stopped working 07/14/2025. Service call was on 07/17/2025. I was told control panel died. I called 07//24/2025 for an update, was told part is out of stock. I called Whirlpool 07/25/2025 & was told part would not be available until 08/13/1025. This is unacceptable customer service. Why did a 4 month old microwave stop working?

      1 yr ago i purchased a whirlpool refrigerator. The top shelves and all along the left side of the fridge freezes. I've lost hundreds and hundreds worth of food. You sit on the phone waiting for customer service between a 1/2 to an hour. It took 3 appointments for ******* to show up. The design of the refrigerator is the worst I've ever seen. Now to the freezer, the ice maker has had to be repaired. The ice freezes, it makes ice when it wants to, but it would be easier to go buy a bag of ice than to keep dealing with it. Water sits in the tray and drip down the freezer side on the outside. It could rust inside, now with this issue. When who knows! I would return this in a minute. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Today I couldn't even give my dog his pumpkin puree to help him as it was frozen. Never will I buy a Whirlpool Refrigerator Ever!

      I have a Maytag dishwasher model #MDB8959SKZ0 that is maybe 2 years old at best. It replaced another Maytag that went out. This dishwasher has already malfunctioned 3 times over that span of time and Maytag will not answer their phones. This last malfunction is a filter part near the pump that basically peeled away and jammed the filter housing. I'm sure they do not honor their supposed 10 year limited warranty but couldn't tell you since it looks like their method of ignoring any incoming calls, and chats is their way of not fulfilling their warranty. Will never buy another Maytag appliance again. Too bad for them since I have a refrigerator, stove and microwave that I plan to replace this year. Extremely disappointed.

      We purchased our home in December of 2024 which came with a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator. In the beginning June of 2025 our refrigerator stopped working. We are under the 12 month warranty. We called the Whirlpool warranty. It took two week for a technician to come out. During his appointment he stated that he needed to order a part. This part would take a month to come in. He was supposed to arrive today to replace the part. We received a text this morning that the appointment was cancelled with no reason why. During the waiting period for the part to come in the inside of our freezer has completely rusted. In addition, anytime we call the service line or whirlpool the wait time is in excess of one hour. So here we are today, after an hour on hold twice...we were told that the technician called in sick and we are being rescheduled for August 5th. 3 more weeks. Oh I forgot to mention....We are a young family, with 2 children under 2!!!!!! I have been without a refrigerator for 2 months...now we are going on 3. This is unacceptable. Shame on you @Whirlpool and @Flamingo Service. I have never experienced anything like this....We need HELP.

      Absolute garbage appliances. We moved into a new build with all new whirlpool appliances and weve had issues with the washer, dryer and dishwasher on two separate occasions in barely over a year. ******* appliances. Cant wait to move and get rid of these appliances. Will NEVER get whirlpool again

      The compressor failed on my less than 1 year old refrigerator, and its been 2 weeks with an open work order with no estimate of completion date. No support for spoiled food or money lost. Unhelpful customer service both from ********************** and their contracted repair company.

      The worst machine we ever purchased. We had a minimum of 6 service calls in less than a year. The customer service was rude, and when asked to speak to someone higher up we were told no and then they hung up on us. They proceeded to go in circles on why we could not warranty out the machine even though it was a frequent problem. Each time we called customer service they did not even want to try to help us even though our machine was still under the one year warranty. Ive never been so disrespected or dissatisfied with a company. Well had purchased our very first brand new machine, and it was the worst appliance we have ever had.

      We recently purchased a brand new home that came with Whirlpool appliances, expecting quality and reliability. Unfortunately, our refrigerator has not worked properly from the start. Weve had a technician come out three separate times, and despite that, we still dont have a working fridge. As a family of six, this has caused major disruptionweve been forced to eat out constantly, which is both expensive and inconvenient.Whirlpool refuses to replace the unit, claiming it hasnt been deemed not good yet. Meanwhile, they make us wait weeks in between appointments, dragging the issue out with no urgency or accountability. For a brand known for appliances, this experience has been beyond disappointing. We feel completely let down and ignored.

      Bought 2 appliances a little over yr ago. Frig broke down after 13 months, now dryer is broke at 16 months. Warranty only for 1 yr. So it cost to have these appliances fixed. I live on social security. I'm alone. They sell junk so you purchase the extra coverage. It's a money grab scheme. It's wrong. Someone needs to do something. Now I'm without a dryer after a little over a yr because I can't afford to have it fixed.
