On Feb 1 I purchased a jacket from a boutique buy the name of House of Sheena E aka Chic by ****. I never received a confirmation email once I purchased it. I called a few days later and asked if my item would be on times because I was goin out of town and wanted the jacked to take with me. She insisted that would be. Here its Feb 22 and still no item. She doesnt answer the phone anymore it just rings. I would like to have my money refunded of $67.91. She needs to be stopped!Initial Complaint

I ordered 1 item from houseofsheenae for a total of $98.76 on April 15 2022. On April 26 I emailed the business and asked for a updated tracking since it still just says order placed and got no response. So on may 7th I asked again and I got a email saying it would ship in 3-4 days I responded and said thank you. I still havent received any tracking so I emailed on may 27th and asked for tracking or I just wanted a refund if I cant get my item and got no response I sent messages to their instagram and called the number they provide and I have gotten no answer. At this point I would like a refund I dont need the item anymore and they have ignored me.Initial Complaint

I purchase a jacket off of the website of house of sheena on September 30th 2021 my product has not been shipped out i emailed the business about a return on October 28th no reply from the business at all. It's now 2 months later no word from the business or nothing.
