2 starsAfter signing up for this service, we received one visit from a technician who mentioned that I should receive a call to schedule a furnace filter replacement appointment. This call never came, so I call asked to cancel this service, but was only able to leave a message with the answering service attendant. A call back came, and had to reiterate my wish to cancel with this receptionist... who said a manager would call back about this issue. 10 days later, I haven't received a callback from a manager and needed to contact the answering service attendant again. This service has been much less convenient than changing the furnace filters myself, and has only gotten 2 stars due to their amazing salesmen and thorough technician.

Typically, with a membership we do come out quarterly for the filter changes and semi-annually for the system tune **** A refund has been processed for you.
