    The online Firekeepers icasino is absolutely terrible! First I never recieved bonus from first deposit, no big deal then I hit on slot for REMOVEDand after that I couldn't win anything and couldn't play on slots I wanted to play on kept getting some error message. So I was forced games I wouldn't consider playing at all. So made the decision to do self exclusion and removed the app. Most of these reviews are accurate, alot of bugs with app, etc. I don't recommend installing app or playing even though I had 1 big win.

    Went to the online casino to play but first I wanted to see what games they had. None of my games were on there. No REMOVEDexchange, no slingo games period. No devils lock so I just deleted the app and took myself off for a year go the Hollywood casino

    Went there today with my registered service dog and was asked what my disability was, not what service my dog provided by an employee. Not cool. When I went up the chain to say you're not allowed to ask what someone's disability is, they denied it and claimed they asked what my dog does for me. Did not feel like it was worth arguing over so my family and I just left because we felt disrespected. We went to REMOVEDin New Buffalo instead where we where respected and happily spent plenty of our money. Will never go to Firekeepers again.

    Where do I begin? This has been going on since January 2025. I was playing online and I went to withdraw $300 that I won and for whatever reason my account was blocked. I have been in communication with the review team and it has been the most horrible experience I ever had. I have uploaded more than once everything that they have asked me for I assume my account was flat because of the different deposits that I made with cards that belong to me but again everything that they have asked me for I have given I dont understand how it is fair that we are allowed to deposit as much money as we like and nothing gets said nothing get done. They dont flag your account or anything but the moment you try to withdraw funds, they flag your account and send you through all sorts of hREMOVEDlike theyre doing me For $300 that I won. This has to be the worst online casino gambling app I have ever dealt with since online gambling was established. They constantly keep sending me this encrypted email where I load up all of my documents and Im starting to feel like at some point. My identity is going to be stolen because I keep giving them the same information that one person tell me they see and then the other person tell me tell they dont see, and I have to upload it again. I wish there was a way that I could leave no stars because again this is April and its been going on since January and this is money that I won. It is not like I won off a bonus bet or something that they gave me. No, I made a deposit and I won. Again my $300 I am asking for it doesnt amount to how much I lost on this sorry app. I wish there was a way that I can give zero stars because I would I didnt do anything wrong, I didnt violate any of the online gambling rules so why cant I get my money?

    It was difficult to get to a slot machine multiple times during this trip r/t people sitting in chairs in front of games but not playing. Then there were some machines that didn’t have any seats because non players had moved them to sit by someone who was playing slots like two machines away. It was very frustrating tonight. Also, only a few ATM machines were working on the Casino floor. I understand the Casino doesn’t own the ATM’s, but please contract with an ATM provider who wants your business.

If you did not reach out, please notify a slot department member. We can't mandate how many spins a person must make per minute to determine they are playing but we will discuss with a player to open up a game.     I won $60,000 on REMOVED, but instead of honoring my payout, they falsely claimed I lost. Despite providing clear video proof showing my balance updating with the win, FireKeepers denied my claim and refused to pay me.Contradictory REMOVEDof Transparency I recorded my win, including my updated balance reflecting the payout. However, FireKeepers insists their internal records dont match this, raising serious concerns about their systems fairness. If players see one result and FireKeepers records another, how can anyone trust this platform?Unfair Account Restrictions After winning, FireKeepers blocked my account, preventing me from accessing or cashing out active bets that I was winning. Later, they falsely claimed I had no active bets, contradicting my own documented records.Unprofessional Handling of My Dispute I followed every proper channel:Contacted support, only to receive repetitive, vague responses.Escalated to REMOVEDbut they never gave a clear resolution timeline.Requested transaction records and a detailed review, but FireKeepers ignored my concerns.Filed a formal complaint with the REMOVED, as FireKeepers refused to acknowledge my evidence.Instead of resolving my dispute, FireKeepers closed it without explanation and ignored my repeated requests for transparency.Warning to Other Players REMOVEDdoes not honor legitimate wins and ignores player evidence. If they can deny a $60,000 payout with clear video proof, they can do the same to anyone. Play at your own risk.

    This is a review of their online casino app. It's my fault because I didn't read their withdrawal process before going through the tedious process to even make a deposit. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give it. Every online casino app that I've used employs a direct link to REMOVEDfor deposits. Firekeepers goes through a circuitous route via something called Play+ to get to REMOVED. Red flag number 1. I deposited $100, got the first time match and when I got down to $100, selected withdraw. The best option was ach withdrawal. However, I was not notified that they needed additional information via an email or text which they have on file. It is only when I went back to the app to check the status did I see they were requesting additional documentation in the form of a bank statement. It is supposedly for my protection, however if they would just use a direct REMOVEDlink like every other app, the deposit/withdrawal process is already vetted. First and last time using this app. According to the horror stories I've read, I expect to have to follow up to get my money multiple times and it will take weeks for reimbursement Never again.

    We understand that guests can be frustrated when we are simply seeking to protect account access from fraud. Guest supplied the requested funds and money was moved to account ending with a 1. We do not accept Paypal at this time, though we are planning to add more withdrawal options in early 2025.

    I won some money almost a year ago on their online sports book. I keep trying to cash it out and they keep wanting more and more information. I’ve given them my drivers license a utility bill now they want bank statements. I feel like this is a scam and they’re trying to steal my identity. They took my money with no problem now they will not pay out my winnings I have used several other betting apps, and I’ve NEVER had an issue like this.

    Patron deposited in 12/2023 using card ending in a 6. At that time we asked for verification of the card. No valid proof of ownership was ever provided. To process the request and ensure the funds are sent to the correct person, we will need proof of her ACH account (either a voided check or bank statement). This also was reqeusted 10 months ago and never supplied.

    I made an account with firekeepers online casino/Sportsbook. I deposited $250 and was able to work it up to about $430. I tried to withdrawal the funds but they told
    me I needed to upload some bank documents to verify my identity. My bank doesn’t give out the type of extremely rare letters fire keepers wanted. I provided them with all sorts of statements of my bank but they told me it was good enough.
    This is where it gets real bad. I went onto fire keepers online chat and explained the situation. They weren’t able to help at all. Next time I tried to log on my account was blocked for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Absolutely zero reasons. I am shocked a casino like this basically just robbed me off my money and blocked me.
    This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any online casino/Sportsbook. Stay far away from them.
