    Was very hopeful because the sound of having great chance I think she quoted 90% of her clients get funded. ******* was supposed to be applying for $5M grants for me. $7,000 paid and its been almost a year and I havent seen one grant applied for. No transparency or proof they are doing anything at all. Cant speak to anyone at the company. *** says anyone saying you can get grant money for tuition, or school, or home bills a scam. Im former military and will take this to the highest to see nobody else gets scammed. My friend also lost $9,000 and received nothing. You cannot tell clients 90% of your ones get funded and no provide any proof of service and work. Not provide any customer service or any service period and just act and hope everyone trusts your doing work. In industry where the *** says anyone doing what grant money express says they do is scam.

    The FACTS in this is that this customer signed up on 7/31/2023, with a signed contract with us,  but did not provide limited information until 11/2/2023. We could not present to our Angel ******* until we had that info, as per our contract. We started sending the customer updates in January of 2024 when we resumed presentations to the Angel ******* after the holidays. We still did not have any business plans or other information that we needed to apply to traditional grants. We never received that and many other documents that are required, as per our contract. He also did not make his payments since September of 2023, yet we have worked diligently until this month of July, 2024. Our contract says we have the right to stop work if payments are not made, yet we continued up until now.  In addition, we are only a phone call away and yet, this customer sent numerous rude comments in  emails and never asked for a phone meeting. Our update letters sent every month emphasize we need participation and updated information from our customers. There was no participation or payments from this customer. He is the ONLY rude customer we have had and we value our customers.
