    After 6 years with A2 Hosting, I must warn others about their deceptive practices. In December 2024, they significantly increased my prices without explanation. When I disputed the unexpected charges through PayPal/Chase, they suspended my account but promised IN WRITING on Jan 27, 2025: "we will unsuspend the service to allow you full access to grab your data at no charge." A second written promise on March 5, 2025 confirmed: "Yes we are still willing to honor allowing you access to your data free of charge, once the PayPal chargeback disputes have been removed." When Chase resolved BOTH disputes in my favor (refunding $303.74 total), A2 Hosting completely reversed their position. First demanding I repay the disputed amounts plus a $75 "restoration fee," then claiming they only meant to provide access if the disputes were resolved in THEIR favor (never mentioned in earlier communications), and finally offering just a backup for $75. For THREE MONTHS they've held my website data hostage - data I created and own - despite their clear written promises. This is especially damaging as I have a book launch in April 2025 that depends on my website. A2 Hosting has: 1. Made clear promises then refused to honor them 2. Changed positions repeatedly when confronted 3. Used my data as leverage in a legitimate billing dispute 4. Ignored the business impact of their actions I've filed complaints with the FTC, Arizona Attorney General, and BBB. If you value your website data, AVOID A2 HOSTING. Their willingness to hold data hostage during billing disputes is unethical and potentially illegal. Always maintain independent backups if you use their services. What's most frustrating is how easily this could have been resolved had they simply honored their written commitments.

    I've been with A2 Hosting for about 6-8months and up until a month ago I thought they were the best. I've reached out for support via chat a couple of times and via phone and no one answers nor respond to the chat. I'm getting a server issue on my website when a customer tries to sign up or contact me. This is bad for my business and it need to be resolved.

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the service and support I have received from a2 Hosting team. My website has experienced significant downtime, which has severely impacted our business operations. The server's performance is notably poor compared to our previous hosting environment, and the migration was evidently not handled properly. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to these issues or a full refund for the inadequate service provided.They were saying that there is high traffic (which is not true), DDos attack(by showing my IP address), asking for a CDN usage (I even set it up and the website was down again)Just stay away from this scam and never use this service. I spent my 5 days on their chat to resolve this issue and they couldn't. On top of that, they also refuse to refund. They do false advertising on their website and never believe what it is written on their website!

    A2 Solutions shut my site down multiple times without notification by changing our htaccess file to deny all connections.No Communication Support is not detail oriented and they lack follow up or follow through skills Today they tried to close my ticket when it is not resolved. It looks like they go off of the time the ticket has been open rather than if the issue is resolved.

    A2 hosting lost my website and all the files associated with my website that cost me over 50k and 2 months of work to build. I called multiple times to speak with their management to try and resolve this issue and keep getting the run around and extremely unprofessional management and staff. I'm going to file a lawsuit in addition to this and will file complaints with AG and all other regulatory agencies as there was sensitive customer information that they lost a long with my website.

    No support available. A2 hosting does not answer the phone or respond to emails from existing customers. Only support option is chat and it is run by folks from ***** who don't know how to do anything. If you have any problem or changes to your hosting setup you are on your own. A2 hosting didn't provide 99% uptime during my 3 years and the site was down for multiple hours in any calendar year. Most hosting companies lie to get your business like A2 hosting.
