    I went to Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to purchase a particular vehicle that I was told would be there for me on 28 June 2025. It was not available 28 June 2025, so upon request by Mr. ********** I provided a check #*** in the amount of $500.00 as a holding deposit for a 2025 Honda HRV EXL AWD, white with black or gray leather interior just in case I could not find it elsewhere. I located and bought the vehicle I wanted on 30 June 2025 from another dealership, Southgate Honda which is closer to home. I requested my check back, or that amount of money returned to me. The salesperson, Mr. **** said they would mail a check for that amount ($500.00) to me and I should receive it within ten business days. Ten business days has passed without receiving anything from them. In fact, for some reason, my calls are not being answered by any department at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor.

    I am writing to formally request a refund for the service work performed on my vehicle on November 7, 2024, at the Germaine Honda service department. After receiving their recommended services, I sought second opinions from three other reputable auto repair shops. All three agreed that the long list of items they suggested needed repair or replacement were not required for my vehicle to remain operational. I now realize that the work completed was unnecessary, and I was misled by their service ************* is important for me to have been provided with honest, transparent information regarding the condition of my vehicle. The high costs associated with each service recommendation from their dealership should have been based on a clear and accurate assessment, which unfortunately was not the case.On November 18, 2024, I returned to Germaine to bring this to the attention of the head of the service department. I presented evidence of the parts that were removed from my vehicleparts that the technician replaced that ended up being faultyalong with the information I received from the other auto shops that evaluated my car. Despite my calm and respectful presentation of these facts, there was no acknowledgment of any wrongdoing or offer of a resolution.Given that the work performed on November 7th was not needed, and the lack of resolution following my follow-up visit, I am requesting a full refund for the charges associated with that service. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the circumstances, and I trust that Germaine Honda values customer satisfaction and fair business practices.Thank you for your attention to this matter and in helping me find a resolution.

    1/8/2024, broke lug nut off my wheel (100% their fault), blamed former company I got my tires rotated at (it was them who rotated them last), tried to force me to pay $400 in damages, was extremely rude and unprofessional, threatening demeanor
