    Had a drivers test scheduled for today and Allstar cancelled it this morning and charged me a $30 fee for their decision! **************** was completely unhelpful. Do not recommend.

    Hello, unfortunately, a disgruntled former employee accessed our system the morning of August 15th and made changes to some customer accounts and sent malign communications to some customers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any misunderstanding as your account was impacted. We want to assure you that we have taken immediate steps to address the situation. Your account did have a late cancel fee added do to the cancelation, but it was removed yesterday, you were not charged. After closing yesterday, we received a report from our web developer listing all the customer accounts that were affected and all customers should be receiving a phone call today before noon. Your trust is our top priority, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.

    Not willing to help costumers. To start my son make the honest mistake to enroll in the wrong course for *****. Theres a school course and a parent taught course for ***** apparently. Theyre essentially the same thing with a few minor differences. After several emails and calls asking them for help crediting the $70 to the right course even if we have to do it again they said no. They wanted us to pay twice for what is essentially the same course. I understand it was our mistake, but Im positive that it wouldnt have been hard for them to help us in this situation. We never got a certificate.

    Hello, Unfortunately, both classes while similar, are licensed under a different company name, which is why we can not legally switch you from one to the other. We do try to make the website very clear on what each course covers before registering. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

    DON'T DO IT!!!!!Cannot get my daughter ANY driver time with this company, her temps EXPIRE at the end of January and they have NOTHING available!!! Want my refund for drive times so I can go elsewhere, she won't need them after the end of January since she will be 18.... All-star is BULL!!!We've spoken with the Regional Manager, *********************** and have gotten NO WHERE! Although he scheduled her drive times to work, they ended up getting cancelled NUMEROUS times, we've had to fight for her to get her lessons done before her test booking date, which still isn't confirmed. We've got back and forth with instructors, ***** etc. instead of having him figure this out, she just simply pushes it on US to have to contact the instructors or for them to contact us with MAYBE a date that we can work with. As a regional manager I'd be expecting A LOT more. She has 2 more lessons and we don't even know if they're going to happen before her testing date. The back and forth is ridiculous, the regional manager reaching out is POINTLESS, this company is a disgrace, they're always in need of instructors, constantly hiring them because they can't keep anyone that wants to actually work or keep their appointments! DON'T PAY THEM ANY MONEY!

    Hello, I am sorry to hear you have been frustrated with the process. Winter is a very stressful time to complete behind the wheel due to many factors. It was noted you had a drive scheduled on January 16th that had to be canceled due to the weather and **************** mentioned he would be getting back to you to reschedule. You also have a drive scheduled on January 20th. **************** mentioned he tried to call you yesterday to get you rescheduled but had to leave a voicemail. You should have ******************** phone number to contact him to get rescheduled. Just like every company, we are always hiring and looking to train new instructors, but we are currently fully staffed with no issues.

    This is same complaint as others have stated, but to make matters worse... the driving car ***** is still Marketed as Top Driver and I was able to sign her up thinking it was Top Driver. Then the complaint of canceling the class time I signed up for and refusing a refund as the "class time changed, not cancelled". this company is horrendous for so many reasons.

    After completion of course, a month ago. Still have not received certificate of completion. Was told 7-10 days after class, last week again told 7-10 days. Today they said they will try to get it done faster.

    I had Mrs. ***** and she was amazing. I started off so scared and had no idea what I was getting into, but now Im more confident about driving thanks to my wonderful driving instructor. Overall this was a great and informative experience for me.

    Driving instructor forgot he had a classdidnt show up at all. They have barely enough appointments available and the instructor doesnt even show up for them? Crazy.

    I have seen other complaints about understaffing, and we have had the same issue. It seems from reading the responses that there's always an explanation, but when customers have the same complaints month after month, maybe more excuses isn't the right approach. They do not have enough appointments to schedule drives. They do not respond to emails. I have had the same experience with horrible communication, but it seems like their responses here tend to blame the customer rather than accepting responsibility for the poor staffing and commmunication and addressing the actual problem.I have called them to explain this problem, and ***** (customer "service" rep) told me that the available dates (> 1 month) away are the only available dates. So my child's Segment 1 class ends on 6/10, and the email that All Star sent us on May 22 (on the first day of class) told us that all requirements needed to be completed within 3 weeks from the last day of class. That takes us to July 1, but I am being told that no more June dates will be offered. How is that an appropriate response?I will be filing a complaint with the Secretary of *************** This is fraud.I will strongly recommend others at my childrens' schools to avoid this program as long as this is how the company chooses to conduct business.

    Hello, I did pass your complaint and information to the Regional Manager and he should have made contact with you earlier this week. I do know we had some more dates and times added in June for drives. If you still need assistance please let me know.
