Product must be accompanied by a receipt and in its original packaging, in new condition with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories that were provided. No exchanges or returns will be honored on special orders, computer systems, notebook systems, opened or tampered with software. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds on shipping charges.
