      I was told I can cancel my contract for this point of sales system at any time. On 7/14/22 I emailed my account representative, ******************************* directly to request cancellation. I never received a response. Once I had another contact have a conversation with him, he then advised me that I need to email customer support at ********************************** to request cancellation. I emailed support on 8/2/22 when I was billed $75 to request cancellation, and again and have not received a response. Today, I see I have been charged $75 on 9/2/22 for services that I had requested cancellation for over 30 days ago, and still have not received a response from anyone at this company by email or by phone.

      We take this stuff very seriously. We are 100% month to month and customers can cancel anytime they want. We believe in our product and the value proposition. We have always provided the details to customers on how to cancel and the process. Anytime a customer sends an email to ********************************** they always get a ticket #. Ticket#****** was received on Sep 4, 2022, 1:53 PM and our support staff replied to her Sun, Sep 4, 2:49 PM to confirm that the account is now canceled. We do not have any record of her previous ticket. We will however process a refund today for the previous month.
