    I purchased this cf moto overland on 5/26/25 for $13,200 the next day the oil light was flashing and then went out I called dealer to advise on what to do was told to run it. Then on our first ride my wife and I went about 60 miles and the transmission started to make a horrible noise like a chain slapping sound and theres no chain on the **** I recorded the sound brought machine to dealer they had it about a week was told cant duplicate. Got machine home started making the noise I called them back advised what was happening was told to bring it in I did just that and the mechanic and service advisors both heard the noise and I showed them a picture I had taken of silver /gray transmission oil I left machine this was end of July I was contacted by the service **** that they drained the transmission oil and found it to have metal debris and chunks in the oil . I had tried to contact the dealer through email as I have not been updated with any progress and no response at this time I filed a complaint with the ******************************. The dealer must have received the paperwork as they contacted me and I was told cf moto told them to put it back together and run it because they couldnt find anything wrong. I contacted the cf moto and was told by them the warranty claim was opened on 8/27/25 so the machine had been sitting this whole time then I was contacted by the salesman and h asked if I would be interested in trading my machine in on another one my question is why wont you just fix the problem its under warranty its a couple months old with 20 hrs on it. I have several videos and **** for this machine making the noise
